My wife and I accompanied my Mother in Law to see Derenda this afternoon. Derenda was very helpful in explaining Nona's current bank account balances and the process necessary for renewing two maturing certificates of deposit.

If you need a cashier's check and don't have an account with them, they won't let you get one. I called before I went, and their customer service rep told me I could get one there. Very frustrating to drive all that way for nothing.

Do most of our banking online but when we need a real person, Commerce in Branson is a great place to go. All of the staff are friendly and customer focused.

The rudest most unprofessional bank I have had the displeasure of going to. This bank(Branson branch) is apparently run by teenagers who want to stick it to someone older. The teller actually recommended that I cash my checks elsewhere. If Commerce won't cash the checks of account holders, what good are they? DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS THERE! Through personal experience,I can guarantee YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Worst banking experience of my life. The employees don't tell you everything when opening an account and the older woman who manages the bank will call you a liar when you go talk to her. I couldn't believe she is a manager of anything, terrible terrible experience.

Cameron ( probably spelled that wrong.) Who helped me in the drive threw today is very friendly. More people should be like him as far as costumer service go. Hold onto him Commerce Bank.

This bank charged $8 to cash a check. From one of their customers.They are thieves. Do not use them.
