Decent selection of men's clothes at quite reasonable prices. The staff was pretty short and impolite to some of the other customers, though.

I took in some gorgeous gowns today and was turned away because they weren't on hangers when the awful woman, who did not smile or greet us, had 1000 hangers behind her. Lazy! And they had a dog on the counter. Yuck. This was the worst experience for my 16 year old daughter who just wanted store credit.

I went in the store and as far as I'm concerned the owner is prejudice, on top of being rude, dog all over counter walking on everything, the younger girl was rude to a customer asking a simple question, the owner told a girl to watch me and I thought what the heck is that all about??? My 1st time in there, I watched a women put a application in who wasn't Caucasian, the women said I speak e languages in case you get tourist and the owner brushed her off and the women said thank you and left.
Then the owner took the application and tossed it!! Why are you posting jobs only to treat people so rudely. While there I deliberately asked how the consignment works and I thought wow what a joke she basically keeps it all for herself, why would anyone take the things there... with her fee's and crazy rules. I wonder how much of the stuff she says claims to donates she really keeps and then resales at a later date!!...
I'd like to know who she donates to because when I asked she wouldn't say!! I don't believe she's a honest person, or a happy one!

Owner is very snobby. Clothes have some stains and tears, beware. Bought over $80.00 got home and a few clothes were bad.
Also while checking out a sweet lady in front of me was trying to hand me her receipt. She earned cash on and wasn’t able to use it. The owner looked at me and went back to the lady and said no. The owner took the receipt and told the cashier to just get rid of the receipt (put it in the trash). The owner is very greedy.
She likes to bring her dog into work with her which who cares, but she purposely leaves it on the counter at the cash register while going to the back for 30 minutes knowing her dog barks the whole time while she’s away in the back. You can tell she’s rude to her workers there.

If you open an account with them beware that the items that don't sell they will not give you back your items like they tell you when you open your account. They donate them. Getting your clothing back that doesn't sell is not an option unless it's over $50. I had to find this out the hard way. They don't tell you when they stop consigning certain items and so when you come in that's when you find out. Highly disappointed in the experience not worth it will not do it again.

While I was shopping, my daughter asked about using a bathroom. I get not letting adults use the restroom, but a dancing 10 year old being told to go across the parking lot to find a restroom is awful. No excuse. Worked retail for many years and always took care of the small kids, always. Because I knew letting a parent leave to find a bathroom 100% meant they weren't coming back.

My daughter and I love this store, however, because of schedules, we always shopped on Sunday. We haven't been able to make it back since. Wish they would re-open on Sunday.
