Judy is seriously the best!! I always buy a certain foundation and it’s hard to come by, so instead of driving 45 minutes to get it, I usually call to check if they have it. Each time I call, Judy is upbeat, kind and enthusiastic. They may not have my color but the call is never a bad one when she answers! Thank you so much Judy ?? you deserve a raise!

I mainly shop here for awesome selection on MAC eyeshadow palettes at huge discounts. Staff are always super helpful and friendly!

Never, I repeat, never call this place! The woman I spoke to was insanely rude. Cutting me off several times and before I was even done talking or asking questions (I had asked ONE question) she cut me off and hung up without giving me a chance to talk. This was 3hrs before they close. Extremely dissapointed in the customer service at this location.

The makeup & skincare is great. I’ll give Marguerite and Judy 5 stars. I’ve been buying in this store for years and these women are great. There is a man, manager, Eric who’s not much about the customers as the higher ups usually aren’t. Sad.

Eric is by the best cosmetic advisor i've come across! Whenever I go onto the store, he always has new products to suggest (which I end up buying) PLUS he always gives me a sample of something he knows that works for my skin, which in return, gets me to come back and buy that plus more because there's always great deals to choose from. He's my go to guy and this company is very lucky to have him!

Called 10 minutes before they opened to see if they carried a product line and the lady was so rude and told me to call back when they were open because she was trying to open the store, like it took her longer to say that then Yes or no. Unbelievable

I was so happy to find out they carry my Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation AND at 1/2 the price that I normally pay. So of course I bought 2 for the price I would normally pay since I only make it to Branson a few times a year. Be sure & check out the clearance table toward the back of the store, lots of goodies !!

This store is fantastic! It has fragrance, gift sets, cosmetics at deeply discounted prices, and a 75% off area last time I visited! They are very COVID 19 safe and aware, hand sanitizer available for customers and staff. I love their variety and selection for a small store, lots to look at! I head there for presents. I'm never disappointed!

My wife had this store on her "Must Shop" list & shop she did. 1st they limited in store numbers & greeted each person at the door. Masks required & hand sanitizer every where to use. It's a smaller store but packed full of women's cosmetics & they had my wife's brand which in our local area isn't carried any longer. Discounts on top of discounts gave her reason to stock up & honestly I couldn't blame her. Considerable savings over on line sites, great selections, friendly helpful considerate staff & super clean environment made this stop a pleasure even as I followed my observant spouse from display to display as she found all of her "must have" items. Even under the covid19 constraints, the staff made it as safe & a pleasant experience. Great savings, Amazing selections, Great Staff & Extremely helpful & I'm sure we will return!

I've picked up cosmetics here when in town over the years. Yesterday I was greatly disappointed in the store, the female salesperson and the male manager. I've spent many years working retail and I fully understand chain stores. But, where I worked, if we as employees made a mistake with sale signage, they stood by the sign. Yesterday's sale the sign read 40% off most items. 50% off $100 or more. This particular rack that had its own sale sign was holiday Mac gift sets. I took several to the register that added up over $100 and was told they weren't on sale! What?! The sign is ON that fixture, it says 50% off... I was told they'll be on sale "soon" but not then. I said, "If the sign says 40% off most items" it shouldn't then only read "50% off $100 or more". My point is, I tried to politely explain my thoughts. I even showed them the exact item on sale online at a different company. I was treated extremely rudely, and trust me. To them all I really had to say was, "then move your completely misleading sign off the rack that has nothing on sale". This felt like a con, they get you to buy several items and not notice these items didn't get a discount. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1, this is new management since my last visit. ALL previous visits have been great, with super helpful, happy friendly employees that made shopping fun!
