Your automated system sucks just like your bank from a very unsatisfied customer if wasn't so much work for me I'd switch to Central Bank

They sure want you to keep all your money in their bank and pay you a very small interest rate, but even though you have a pretty good sum of money in their bank, they want to charge you an outrageous interest rate to borrow any money. I’ll just transfer my money into a credit union.

Great bank. Super friendly. But unfortunately we where scammed and they shut our bank account down. Can we open a 2nd chance account?
