“My parents’ 30th anniversary is today and my dad asked me to order flowers to be delivered to my mom, who is down here on a trip with my husband, daughter, and me. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke to a very nice woman who helped me with the order. The arrangement turned out beautifully and was delivered even earlier this morning than she had estimated.
