  Was supposed to get king size bed only to arrive to a queen. Had to pick up keys on the other side of the strip no office here. Called to get more toilet paper they said house keeping would bring it never got any. When dealing with the employees they seem very shady. Next time I will be staying elsewhere

  Do not get excited unless you are good with peeling paint, ratty wallpaper and buying everything you need because you will not want to use what is there.

  The only downside that I have is that it gets very hot in the bedrooms, there are no vents in the bedrooms. You can plainly hear people in the surrounding rooms to the sides, above and below.

  This place was amazing for my husband and I. We weren’t able to turn the AC lower than 70, so it was a bit warm for us at night. Other than that it was great! Very quiet, really couldn’t hear the people staying in rooms around us. A nice balcony area as well. We hope to come back and stay again!

  We had an amazing stay at Great Rock and were a little sad we couldn't stay longer. It was a great, quiet location that was still near activities in Branson. It was very clean and well maintained. A few things were a little dated and worn. It would be nice to have one more chair in the living room for the 4 of us to be comfortable. We loved all the space, had a very relaxing couple of days, and hope to stay again.

  We enjoyed our stay very much! I loved the big tub with jacuzzi jets! The balcony was very nice as well. Upon check in, we were told that they were extremely short staffed so if we needed additional towels, etc., just to come see them at the front desk. My husband and I actually appreciated that we weren’t disturbed by housekeeping staff. The peace and quiet was much needed! Oh, did I mention the location?! Perfect!! Off the beaten path yet super close to everything. The only thing that could’ve made it better is a pool! Not a deal breaker though. Thanks for an amazing retreat! This is the only place to stay!!

  I stayed in the golf view condos. They are just tired and need some sprucing up. The amount of space in the one bedroom was good. I wish there had been a luggage rack or cabinet to set my suitcase on, it had to go on the floor. I had to use a sheet to create a curtain over the back, all glass door. Mountain View? Didn’t realize no amenities on site, had to drive to the hotel place. The check in person was delightful! I wish I could tell you her name!
  All in all ok, just needs cosmetic attention and updating.

  The room was fantastic. So cute and perfect for our little stay. The elevator was a little funky and acted like it wasn’t gonna work, but it eventually did. The only problem I had was leaving because I was told by the lady at check in that when we leave we were to leave the room keys on the counter and call the office to let them know we left. Easy peasy…right?! So the day we left, I called and told Elizabeth at the front desk that I left the cards on the counter and we had a great stay. She was very short with me and said “they weren’t supposed to tell you that” she also said that I would be charged $10/key card since I didn’t turn them in. That’s when I got mad and told her “I will not be charged for something they TOLD me to do.” She proceded to tell me in an extremely rude and sarcastic manner “Have a safe trip home. I won’t charge you” and hung up. Other than that attitude, they stay was great

  My husband and I stayed for a week long vacation, we loved the location out of the way if traffic and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing I would change is getting a king size bed in the one room and changing the mattress it was so hard I ended up on the couch for half the stay because it hurt my back so bad.

  It was an amazing stay! Close enough to everything, yet far enough away that it was quiet. The unit was so much bigger than we expected! We would stay here again!

  We enjoyed our stay so much!! It was the perfect little condo in a very serene and beautiful part of town. The only thing I would have liked is a more comfortable chair to relax in in the living room. A recliner would have been nice. But all in all, I would definitely recommend to others. Super clean!

  The check in instructions through Booking.com were very confusing. The staff on site cleared everything up well. My only complaint is they knew there were 3 people in my party but there were only enough towels for 2. We had to go back to the registration site to get more. Other than that inconvenience, the place was great.
