Five or six years ago in Indianapolis I visited an H&M and found several stylish men’s shirts for a great low price. Not so much on this visit. My wife’s uncle was with me and he found a couple of t-shirts that suited his style, but I couldn’t find anything that I liked. To me the selection was pretty bad.

The store closes the dressing rooms an hour before closing. I was not allowed to try on any items, and a woman and her daughter had about 8 items and were turned away. What a horrible business practice. If they need time to put clothes away, then make an announcement at 9:30 that dressing rooms will close at 9:45. Or, making an announcement that dressing rooms will close at 9:30 may be acceptable. An hour before closing is ridiculous. I am pretty sure I can find somewhere else to shop. ?

I usually always come into H&M stores to buy pants, but this summer we came in through the kids section and we found a couple of really cute dresses for two of my daughters. The store that was really organized and it was really easy to find things throughout the store. We didn't see many Associates in there but the ones that we did see were really nice.

I haven't been in an H&M store in years.... I was pleasantly surprised by the clothing styles, prices & sizes. My tween seemed to find a few things that vibe with her current style too.

Let me start and say I live a hour away so making trips back and forth is never fun. But I just had a death in my family so my wife went and got a suit while I delt with funeral things. She got me a size way to small. So here I am at your store and being told I can't return a item without the card on file(would've bought a new suit but the biggest size wouldn't fit me). So with a funeral in two days I'm going to have to make another trip up here with my wife's card just to return something. Kinda crazy. It's 2023 wallmart was returning things without debt cards 20 years ago. But for some reason h and m doesn't? It's all good I'll go get a real suit that fits me and never shop here again.

They have various styles plenty of options for children, ladies, and women. Men's selection severely limited.
