I want to give a huge shout out to Millie & Lexiii for assisting me at the Hot Topic Store today. Me and my family was greeted at the door. They helped us & explain the deals that they were having at the store. My daughter absolutely loves her new bag. I'll be shopping here more often for her. To Millie & Lexi love you guys energy. My experience was great. Thank you for assisting us today. You all rock. I saw teamwork. Store was neat & clean.

Had some neat things in this store but I was looking for a specific shirt that was in their boxes of shipment and one of the girls did help me look and was amazing but when I first asked someone else about it and if they would have the shipment unloaded 2 days from now before I left for home I was told probably not that they are sooo short on people then proceeded to talk with 2 other workers the entire time I was there and also not help the other poor girl stuck at the register with a line of people. So in total there were 5 or 6 workers in that particular moment when I was there and not once did I see them move from talking. I came back 2 days later before we left to drive home and not one single box of that shipment has been touched! I counted 🫠 So kudos to those 2 girls who actually did their jobs and were helpful :)

This was probably the smallest Hot Topic I had been to, with the least amount of selection. I did like the fact that it was a very PG selection.

The store is awesome, their always kind to me and they always help out even on busy days or holidays their always helping me look for what I want. Sometimes it gets over crowded but 100% recommended going there. It's amazing and has so many cool things!

The dude workin here is super cool and way helpful. He pointed me to exactly what I was looking for then we talked Star Wars for a minute. Super clean and organized store that has tons of killer rock shirts and other stuff. Worth checking out if your out runnin.
