We went to Branson on vacation with another couple. The staff was so helpful! Quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with kitchen, full size refrigerator, living room and screened outside porch with 4 chairs and table. We loved taking our dogs with us. Front door parking. Large green area with huge trees and fire pits, wood tables across the street. Plenty of space for families and dog walking. Just down the way is the water with the marina. The grocery market is just a short walking distance away. Quite a few places to eat.The house beds are very comfortable. We stayed in the bigger room with the king size bed and bathroom in the room. Small hang up area. Came with a few extra blankets. The pillows were very comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Only item of note to the house we stayed in was the bathroom floor needs to be fixed as the concrete is broken and slanted going underneath the bathroom counter.Comes equipped with a TV and cable. We were able to get the football game we wanted to watch. We will definitely be back and will definitely go back to the same house we stayed at.We had a wonderful vacation!! Thank you to the staff for making our stay so nice!!Food & drinks: Pzazz on the point restaurant was absolutely delicious!!!! They have been featured on the Food network. Staff was super friendly and our waitress didn't leave us wanting for anything. They have a nice wood burning stove which sets the mood. They have a full bar. We bought featured drinks.

I recently stayed in one of the studio units just to get away. It was everything I needed. As a lone traveler I had bo concerns. The pool was great! The room had all the amenities I needed during my stay. ?I loved it! I will be back, for sure. Thank you Tony and Heidi!

Everytime I stop in the market I get greeted with the most beautiful smile from the sweet lady behind the counter(she's already married, I made sure) nice selection of basic needs for your lake trip. Some bait and tackle, groceries and big selection of adult beverages. I have stayed in the cottages before and they are nice little getaways close to the lake and marina. Golfcarts available for going to near by taverns and places to eat.If you stop in, make sure to say hi to Kristy!

The Cottage is super-welcoming, and ideally located whether you are seeking a quiet getaway near the lake or the liveliness of the Branson shows and shops. It's near to Silver Dollar City and to restaurants, though, with their fully equipped kitchens, you could certainly cook all meals at your cottage or apartment if you like. This is a family-owned business, and they go the 2nd and 3rd mile to be sure their guests have an enjoyable time. If you forget something, the on-site market probably as it. They also deal well with the unexpected, such as a storm-related power outage (which happened during my stay). I hope to visit at least annually!

If you are looking for REAL hospitality---the sort you might experience when visiting a friend---coupled with the privacy of a hotel, The Cottage is great! The location is well suited both to those who want a quiet stay near the water on Indian Point AND to vacationers eager to experience the liveliness of the Branson 76 highway! The cottages and rooms are very clean, inviting, and equipped. The well set up kitechen allows you to cook all your meals there if you like, but you are just minutes from many great restaurants as well. The on-site market will have nearly anything you forgot as well as many extras and basic needs. Heidi, Tony, and their family and staff are deeply committed to their guests' relaxation and comfort, and the prices are VERY reasonable. One evening their was a brief power outage after dark, and the even brought up a flashlight. I hope to stay there at least annually!

First nite had a horrendous storm hit, lost power & front porch of cottage flooded right up to the door. Didn't come in thankfully. Not the owners fault about storm, power outage for sure & even though they were dealing with their market flooding they came around passing out flashlights & checking on guests...in the rain after worst was over. That was the downside...the flooded front porch. Not sure what they need to do about it but if they can fix that issue I would say 5 stars across the board. I knew they had a lot to deal with so I bailed water from porch so we could sit out there to keep cool & dog could get out to potty. They were wonderful hosts & welcoming to our dog & even let me put up temporary fencing so my dog could go out to potty without leash. We brought runner rugs to put down as my dog is older & has trouble getting up off wood floors. Felt very safe the first night even though we had to sleep with front door open to keep cool until power came back on. Dog slept on front porch. All in all an enjoyable stay...even with the storm & power outage. We would stay there again with our dog...might upgrade to bigger cottage next time though. But was good for weekend...if you travel with a dog that is bigger than the usual size restrictions that Branson resorts usually impose try this resort they are awesome & expect your pet to behave as though it were at home, you dont have to kennel your dog if you leave them in the cottage. Small pet fee & they are not outrageous on cottage rental...well worth it!!Noteworthy details: Very dog friendly

This little gem was perfect for us. We were the only ones there. We went after Val Day. Branson was not busy at all. No waiting at the rest, stores, traffic lights. The cottages were accross the road from the lake. We stayed in 106. You could see the water from the cabin. Our dog loved the screened in porch. This property has a stocked store four cabins down. Perfect for last min things. Overall very pleased.
