I had a return for Amazon. The manager told me my package was UPS, not through them. He was quite friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Then, he told me that there is a UPS store less than 3 miles from there. I thanked him, and I was on my way within less than 5 minutes. Great customer service, Kohls!!!

In the front the employees were nice. But I had to go to Customer Service for an Amazon drop-off. The employee I dealt with was being very rude. She rolled her eyes several times at the person in front of me. When it was my turn I greeted her and she didn't say anything. She just seemed annoyed at me and everyone. Then she just stood there with the scan gun. I didn't know what was going on so I said "I need to do an Amazon drop off" she sighed and said "yeah I need the barcode" and then I started to ask a question and in the middle of my sentence she cut me off to talk on her radio "CAN SOMEONE COME UP HERE SO I CAN GO ON BREAK" - Ok I get that you're tired and annoyed and want to go on break...But you work IN CUSTOMER SERVICE of a middle-upper class store...Being rude to the customers because you hate your job is not okay. As a business owner myself I would fire an employee that acted like this. I honestly can't even describe how rude she truly was...I was still trying to be polite and said "Thank you have a great day" and she responded by saying "NEXT IN LINE" and didn't even make eye contact...I was going to shop there but after that experience I just left.
