Daniel was super nice and friendly. I was an extremely needy customer, asking for sizes in the back and other styles of tons of items. Daniel helped me each time with a smile on his face and a great, friendly attitude. I’ve been in this store several times, Daniel has waited on me other times and has always treated me and others with the same kindness. Other employees were very nice as well.

I had a great shopping experience at the Levi's Store in Branson, MO! The store offered a wide variety of styles and sizes — truly something for everyone — all at very economical prices to fit any budget. The staff provided excellent customer service: they were friendly, helpful, and available when needed, yet allowed me the freedom to take my time and browse without feeling rushed or interrupted. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the quality selection. I’ll definitely be returning for my next pair of jeans!

This store has fantastic customer service! I went in today to exchange a pair of jeans I bought too small without a receipt and the manager Destiny informed that they usually can't do exchanges without a receipt or tags but despite that she still helped me out and got me in the right size! Would definitely recommend asking Destiny for help anytime you stop by this store location! 😊❤️ Thank you so much Destiny

Our salesperson was wonderful. She continually went to get us different sizes & styles that she thought would work for my husband and me. (We are 66 & 65 years old.). She had us sign up for the rewards program. Her name is Jennifer.

Bunch of high schoolers running this place. And all of them chitchating at the register. I had to interrupt their conversation to get some help. Fitting room girl was asking my name and I said Troy. She wrote Choi on the board 🥲🤐. I felt very uncomfortable 😔. Bad bad experience.

Got a pair of Levi’s for a gift , they are the wrong size and they will not exchange at the same store that they were purchased without a receipt !!!!!! Not good , just lost me as an happy customer !!!!!!

Put a price on items and maybe everyone wouldn’t leave without buying something. Easily the least buyable store I’ve ever been in. Don’t waste your time.
