I’ve seen several reviews about the rude guy who either manages or owns the place. I spoke with him as well and he definitely has a rude undertone. If you’ve received several reviews about this guy being rude, why not address the issue with him? While I’m thankful I got my belongings back, Mailbox Plus put my valuables in a Fancy Feast cat food box that was completely covered in cat advertising. No one could find my package when it was delivered because it looked like cat food! Someone could have easily mistaken my valuables for cat food and could have thrown this box away or taken it, not knowing it had valuables inside. The label with my name was small. I’m very thankful for my neighbor finding the box for me and realizing it was not cat food. Disappointed in the packaging. This could have ended badly.

For the past year and a half I’ve been sending packages out regularly, typically a quick process. A bit high priced, but super convenient for me. The other day i went in there and a nice lady was working, usually is the owner. This lady was so kind to tell me that I could send my package out in the preferred USPS packaging for a set rate. It saved me $6.00, (not much to some) but when you send packages out often it adds up and who doesn’t want to save money. So the reason for the 3 stars is because I think the owner could have mentioned this to me before now

Highly don't recommend. I paid 50 dollars to get my packaged delivered for next day only for it to not get delivered the next day and when they did finally deliver it they mailed to the wrong address.Contacted the rude guy that runs the shop and he said he would file a claim only to find out from Fed Ex he never filed a claim and he blocked my number so my calls wouldn't come through.Very unprofessional and rude to his customers I never got my packaged delivered and never got my money back!!!!!Your better of using post office .Very unprofessional on both ends

I left some valuables and my purse at Bransinn hotel. I called the hotel and asked them to ship it to me. The hotel took it to mailbox plus on green mountain Dr I gave them my credit card #. Asked for over night delivery. I got a tracking number and very anxiously awaiting was supposed to be delivered today by 5:00pmvia federal Xpress. When 500 pm came, no package yet. I became frantic. But it arrived @ 5:50 pm. Everything was there, nothing was missing from my purse. I highly recommend the mail plus on green mountain Dr for your shipping needs when you forget items. Very trustworthy people. At this location. Kind and a blessing to work with these people.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Mailbox Plus’ services. Despite being recommended by a local RV park, my experience with them was marred by inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Upon contacting them to handle my mail forwarding needs, I encountered a series of issues that left me deeply disappointed.
Initially, I reached out to Mailbox Plus seeking assistance with forwarding my mail due to an unexpected departure. However, the initial uncertainty from the person answering the phone regarding their services set the tone for what followed. Despite assurances from Todd, the owner, that my request would be fulfilled, subsequent communication revealed a lack of follow-through and accountability.
Despite assurances that my mail would be picked up, excuses such as the RV park being ‘weird’ and deserted were offered when no attempt was made to collect it. This was contradicted by the RV park staff who confirmed seeing Mailbox Plus representatives on-site. Furthermore, their failure to provide basic information about my package during attempted pickups highlighted a concerning lack of professionalism.
Ultimately, the repeated delays, excuses, and lack of organization led me to question the reliability of Mailbox Plus’ services. As a result, I have chosen to explore alternative options for managing my mail forwarding needs.
For those considering utilizing similar services, I would advise exploring alternatives or utilizing the USPS’s free mail forwarding service, which offers a more reliable and cost-effective solution.
I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for Mailbox Plus to improve their services and customer experience in the future.

My son went to Branson with family and a pair of his boots were left behind at the hotel. The hotel made arrangements for the boots to be shipped back to us through Mailbox Plus. There was a bit of a delay (honestly, I'm not sure if it was the on the Mailbox Plus end or the end of the hotel), but the boots were shipped back to us with 2 1/2 weeks at a reasonable rate. Once shipped they came quickly and arrived in good condition.

Left a souvenir at the hotel and got charged way more than what should've been shipped regular mail. The best part, I got an empty envelope with nothing in it except a folded blank piece of paper and the mail receipt. Called and spoke to Todd and Jonne numerous times to get this resolved and got the "lemme get your name/number and I'll call you back." Problem was I never got the call back after being told each time. Use at your own risk.

I had to ship a very heavy and bulky 32” monitor which I did not have the box for. Everything was taken care of so efficiently and easily, all I did was plop it on the counter and he did the rest! I received such excellent and friendly service for a very reasonable price considering he did all the work and provided all the packaging. I am grateful for the extra effort he took to cut down a box to the size of my item, I know that saved me shipping costs and I appreciate it. I will definitely use this business again!
