We had purchased two beds from your store in San Antonio. We had them shipped to our new home in Harrison, Arkansas. We were unable to sleep on them until four days ago. They were not the comfortable beds we had tried in the store. We decided to upgrade as the beds hurt both mine and my husband’s back, knees, neck and arms. William in your Branson store was able to solve our problems.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We were very satisfied with the service provided... My only negative would be the hundred dollar fee for delivery. We live exactly one mile from the store and wished there was an option to pickup the new mattress and drop off the defective one...A hundred dollars is pretty steep for a delivery in my opinion. But other than that everything else was great...we dealt with William and he was an awesome guy to work with!!!

Knowledgeable, not pushy. First mattress place I went to that recommended I try one of the beds using a base that was adjustable. I have back issues and the adjustable mattress base immediately eliminated the pain. Wow!!!! Also, the gentleman took the time to look at other options to reduce pricing znf answered text messages. Bought a mattress, base, and protective cover. The icing on thre cake will be when we get the unit delivered. So far so good!
