Water pump went out on our car while vacationing in Branson. One of the ladies at Billy Gayle's recommended Mitchem tire to check on the problem. Scott and Josh were great. Brought the car in around 10 AM, they returned the car to us the same day around 3 PM ready to go. If you need repair work done this is the place.

Very professional and reasonably priced. We were in and out very quickly. Our tire was repaired and we haven't had any trouble with it since then.

Had a tire punctured while traveling with my dog. They got the tire patched quickly on my GMC, didn’t mind my girl tagging along with me in the shop, and got me back on the road! Thank you!

I brought my Ford 2007 car to have an oil leak stopped when I got it back several days later I paid them over $700 when they gave it back to me. The engine light was on the car kept stalling weeks later the oil leak was back what they fixed was the front valve cover where there was a leak and supposedly fix the back valve cover, which was also leaking well it wasn’t fixed. I think still leak like a sieve from the back of course the front valve cover which you can see when you lift the hood they fix that but they did not fix the back one instead what they did or busted a holes that made the computer put that engine light on and make the car stall. I also had them put a plug in the back tire and that leaks air still. I would not bring my car to these people. I paid over $700 and nothing got fixed nothing. Bring your car to these people and bend over when you get it back.

I am so lucky to have found Josh at Mitchem Tire in Branson. He is so knowledgeable and just a super nice, friendly guy. When I recently bought new tires, he recommended a particular brand and model and I couldn’t be happier. Plus he saved me some money. Josh and Mitchum Tire is the best.

Awesome experience ! Josh Faulkner and my mechanic Scott figured out a major issue with vehicle and took the time to find the problem and solve it perfect. Vehicle runs like new now! Top notch mechanics and people. Take your vehicle there you will be glad you did . They have my business from now on 👍

Had a flat tire on vacation in a rental car and they fixed it at no charge to us. In, out and done in less than an hour. Excellent service and very nice kind people. Recommend them highly

On vacation in Branson. Had a low tire because of 2 nails that were too close to plug so they recommended a new tire. Came back a few hours later when the tire arrived and we were out of there in 20 minutes. Just noticed today that the center hub cap was missing. I talked to A.J. and he said he would mail it to me in Michigan today! Stuff happens, but A.J. didn't hesitate to solve this issue.
