We had roaches/bugs (they came through the drop ceiling except for the dead one by the lamp that the cleaning person missed before we got there.) It smelled horrible. We had to go to store & buy air fresheners (plug in kind 5 of them & febreeze) which didn't help that much. TV had no sound on local channels. Wanted to catch the weather as it was going to rain. Mold in the bathroom. The couch was uncomfortable. When my husband sat down by me, we both went into a valley & was very uncomfortable, we aren't heavy people. The bed was comfortable. That litterally was all I can give credit to. The refrigerator was so cold it froze our vegetables, drinks, lunch meat & dressing ect. Kitchen floor wasn't swept. The bedroom carpet was damp/wet. Not sure why. We honestly deserve money back. It was a very horrible situation. Lady at the desk apologized & is giving us a free 2 night stay because she couldn't do refund. But we aren't interested in going through that again. A refund needs to be given.

We stayed for about 10 days. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Rooms are okay. A little outdated but okay. There is no maid to clean rooms. You basically take your towels to lobby to switch for clean ones. The lobby receptionist were not very informative. There was never any coffee in lobby.

Very clean, quiet place! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances you may need if you plan to cook! Plenty of towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Has a separate living room area, so it feels like you’re staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Cold AC, good water pressure in the shower, overall, a very nice place and very affordable! My only suggestion for them would be to put up curtains instead of the wooden blinds, as the room is very bright as soon as the sun comes up, so if you’re wanting to sleep in a bit, there’s no way to keep the room darker.

Great place to stay!! Very clean hotel and room was super clean. Pool was nice, clean and clear blue. We will stay again if we ever go back to Branson for another vacation ❤️

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in since we have been coming to Branson. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping was nonexistent. Pool was nasty and had a slimy bottom. There was not even a complimentary breakfast. We have always had a complimentary breakfast at all of the hotels we have stayed at in Branson.

Great stay for the price. Very clean. Even added another night with no problem. Shower had very high pressure. Would definitely stay there again.

Got here and there was a issue with the booking (3rd party) girl and the desk did a great job getting it sorted and then we find out she was new! Forgot her name but she had green hair and was super nice! Stayed here before 2 years ago I would highly recommend this hotel definitely with the price!

Love that this hotel is right off the strip, yet feels like you are away from. The crowd. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Definitely one of the better hotels in branson. Easy access from the strip and from back roads. Friendly staff, and very large rooms. Great for large family vacations or groups. No breakfast for this hotel but each room has their own kitchen. Love staying at this hotel. Only 3 minutes from Silver Dollar City.

I must say for $156 for two nights it's definitely worth that! Great location, has a ping pong table, foosball table and giant Jenga. Beds are very soft and comfortable and they even do designs with the towels and wash rags for aesthetic looks! Definitely will be back!! Very clean and affordable ✅

Loved the Hotel! Close to the strip. It was exactly what we were looking for on our trip. Full kitchen so we could cook and not spend so much on eating out. Definitely recommend if you are wanting to enjoy the sites of Branson and will be staying here again on our next trip to Branson.

This was a nice stay, shower had great pressure & the pool was very convenient as it 10 steps away from our room! My kids loved it everything was already so close barely 6 minutes for anything! I would stay here again for sure!
