Had a very friendly lil cashier!! she was great!! very friendly! would definitely go back when in area. She is definitely an asset to the company!! she was the lil one working 9-21-25, oh and ov course i love my sunglasses~~ the best ever!!

Not sure why the yelpers are giving this place a 3.5. This place is one of the better Oakley stores I’ve been too. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Been here a few different times and their clearance wrack has some amazing selections. 10/10 worth a stop and purchase.

Terrible I mean terrible experience. The team at Oakley wasn’t very helpful when it came to finding and ordering the sunglasses I wanted. Upon the dissatisfaction their equipment auto corrects the personal info you input on their tablet. The manager Ashley is no better than the auto correcting tablets they have when it comes to help. The first time we spoke about the issue she assured me it was an error on the usps side of things. Which was wrong. I wouldn’t call asking for help from this outlet store they will tell you to have a good day and hang up the phone on you. I’ve worked at the outlet mall myself for years never ever had this happen. Terrible service terrible management. Hope you guys do better insight of this review.
