Outrageous Attire is a wonderful boutique located at the Grand Village Shops in Branson. The new owner, Holly Johnson, hand selects and purchases inventory from all over the world.The shoppe offers very unique clothing, jewelry, purses and accessory selections that any woman would love to complete her wardrobe.This is my #1 place to shop for something fun to wear daily, or a little more special for date night, or holiday party wear.Warning: if you see it and you love it, buy it then…because it may not be there when you go back.

A few weeks ago, my friend and I walked into the store. The employee got up and looked right at me (Ignoring my size medium friend) and told me their sizes were Small, Medium and Large.... XL and larger are in the back. Seriously? I know I'm overweight. I know it's hard to find clothes in boutique stores. Trust me. I wasn't shopping for clothes. No need to call me out and fat shame me. She totally ruined my day!!! We just turned around and left. Please train your employees better. All she needed to say was, "If I can help you find anything, please let me know." If I needed to find the XL clothes, I would have asked her. Don't embarrass another customer like you did me. Shame on you!

My son, daughter in law and myself visited on a Sunday afternoon before heading back home from a great weekend in Branson. Two ladies were working when we entered. They immediately stopped what they were doing (decorating a Christmas tree) and began to watch us as we browsed. One stood by the tree like a statue watching while the other lady made her way over to where we were looking. She came so close to me, staring at me that I thought she wanted to speak to me. I asked her if she needed something and she said no and to let her know if I needed anything and continued to stare. I told her that I felt like they thought I was going to take something. She said no and began to tell me where the different sizes of clothing were located. I told her again I felt like she thought I was going to take something and that I was leaving. They made me and my family feel so uncomfortable and when confronted by my daughter law denied that it had happened. I left a comment card for the manager of Grand Village concerning this incident. I hope they don’t ever do this to anyone else. Find a better way to prevent shoplifting. If I could give a zero stars I would have.

Do not shop here. The woman in the store will body shame you if you wear anything larger than a large. How dare you make someone feel ashamed just by walking into your store. Gonna walk up to someone look them up and down and say oh we only carry up to an XL excuse me lady. It costs literally nothing to be nice. Disgusting mannerisms and absolutely no respect for anyone. Grossssssssss save your money for someone nicer.
