Palace View Heights by Spinnaker Resorts is a very nice and beautiful place to stay. The condo was immaculate, clean, and recently remodeled with new furniture. It is fully equipped for everyday living needs with kitchen stuff, a washer and drier, and great water pressure in the shower. The location is perfect and pretty close to everything, yet a little off the main road for a quiet stay. Guests have access to all three resort properties, which feature great pools, hot tubs, a sauna, an indoor pool, and a game room. Many events, like a scavenger hunt, go on at the resort. The front desk people were great and customer service is very accommodating, with quick check in and out, though the initial check-in process can be a smidge confusing. The environment is friendly. Some minor issues were noted, such as an uncomfortable fold-out couch and some uncertainty about obtaining fresh towels. A market presentation by the resort was also described negatively. Overall, it is a great place to stay for a family.
