Worker would not allow us to try the hottest sauce with waiver without making a purchase on 11/16/2024 at 7:30 pm. We were planning on purchasing the buy 3 get 1 free deal but decided against it after the working rubbed us the wrong way about making a purchase before being able to try it.

Ordered horseradish and venison seasoning on line. Delivery was in a reasonable time frame. The cold pack kept the horseradish cool. The seasoning was so old it was hard as a rock. Put through spice grinder to try and use. Flower almost gone. During delivery somehow the horseradish started to leak despite the plastic jar top wrap. Contacted pepper place and they were very nice and apologetic. Gave me phone number to call to replace bad items. Called number and it was disconnected. Sent email to pepper palace and still no response.

Spent $20 here. Woman working was acting a little bothered having my kids in the store. I didn’t think much of it. As I was walking out my parents walked in with their other younger and she told them “Just so you know this isn’t a buffet, but you are welcome to try anything you want if you intend to buy something”. I almost asked to return my salsa and drinks. We will NEVER come back. Older woman working on 9/8/18 at 11:30AM should reconsider her employment in customer service.

Steven B was Great help and very knowledgeable. He takes pride in the products he represents. He helped us pick out the perfect sauces and even some pickles.

Had a great experience, decided to try the pickled vegetables and grabbed two bottles of spices. Once we went to checkout, the cashier pointed out that there was buy 3 get one free deal, so we grabbed a free bottle of the fruity flavored bbq sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend the peach bbq sauce. Don’t forget to visit this place next time your in town!

Our experience blew us away. We’d heard from many people that we needed to check Pepper Palace out and we are so glad that we did.Steven was phenomenal — so knowledgeable about ALL the products, helpful and so friendly. Admittedly, I’m not much of a spice eater, but there’s something for everybody in this store! It was a blast sampling anything and everything we were interested in. Also so fun to see other people try the really spicy things. Thanks for an awesome time!
