Adopted a brand new puppy for my shelter and smelled so bad. I couldn’t handle the drive home with her so I stopped into Petco and they rushed her right in and gave her a bath and trimmed her nails. She’s beautiful while they were doing that I was looking for some pet supplies for her, a young man name Quentin help me with the pet food and a young lady. I’m sorry I forget her name was very helpful and helping me find a pet carrier.

People here were so mean. I asked if they have amazon swords in and all i got was a mean stare and she even rolled her eyes at me. She said “amazon sword? No i dont think we sell that here” without even looking at me properly or checking to see if they do have it.

Purchased two parakeets from this store yesterday, and had my dog groomed here for the first time last week. The grooming was exceptional - I was able to get an appointment quickly and they had done an excellent job grooming my dog. An employee helped me find everything needed for my two new parakeets and was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to identify the sex of my birds and told me how to identify them and properly care for them. Extremely satisfied with their grooming services and their customer service and help during my visits there. I did find Chewy to have better pricing on my dog food and some of their promotional offers help with the price.

I would say good news and not so good news. The good news is they have an incredible amount of choices and inventory. The not so good news is it's often hard to find someone to help you and their prices are very high their
grooming salon prices are the highest in the county and I've never heard anyone who also has a dog that needs grooming say anything really good about them. They have a lot of inventory in supplies for birds fish rabbits etc.

Our standard poodle puppy had gotten pretty matted while we were on a trip. It was only his second time getting groomed after a horrible experience at Petsmart in Springfield, so we were nervous how he would do. Alexis groomed him today and he looks amazing! She was great about communicated the length she would have to go on his coat due to mats and can tell she took her time and did a really thorough job. We will def only be going to her from now on! Thank you!!

Just Ran in to get Dog Food ! Nice Cashier !
2nd Experience- Asked Cashier about online Merchandise , showed her one and she had the one I Wanted ! Saved me time But , Online Was A Little cheaper ?
3rd-Need to Find Extra Small Harness the Small is a bit to large ! Ordered stuff online it was Too Big too !
4th- Come for Dog Food and ended up with Tshirts too ! Good Experience!
5th- Hate that Everytime I Need Dog Food it goes up and isn't on sale ? Why ? I didn't get a Raise ?
Not Happy that the Dog Food I buy has been Discontinued at this Store to make Room for new Stuff ! It's sad vet Recommended is now not available, and since I have been Hacked can't order online ! This is such an inconvenience !

Your store was beautiful and well put together and maintained... Also the cashier was wonderful! However, the human working the floor wasn't pleasant at all.. Very unhappy that I asked her for some help... it was a pleasant experience until that happened ..
