2 weeks back I logged into the email sent from home depot decided then I couldn't afford the 500.00 tool offer on the saw I need it said you also receive 2 free tools, I get an email today stating there was a price reduction so like a fool I was intrigued, I opened the email to see that they dropped from 499.00 to 277.60 it then told me to select my 2 free tools from the list, I chose the grinder and the 6.0 v battery pk, each free item it said was 199.00 marked down to 110.00, it then pushed the price back up to 499.00 from the email and offer should be 277.60 plus TX and 2 free items lying crap spent 1hr and a half to be told that it won't be sold for the offer provided,,, I'm tearing up my home depot card and will shop in the future at Lowes or mynards!!!!!

Bought a John Deere E120 riding lawn mower from Home Depot in Branson. I used the lawn mower for 20 minutes. I saw smoke under the hood and a few seconds later it was engulfed in flames. Went that day back to the store. I told the manager what happened. He replied "so what do you want me to do about it. It wasn't in my possession." Called Home Depot Pro and they were more sympathetic. They said that they didn't have another one in stock and have gotten John Deere involved. It looks like the E120 has been replaced with the S120. It has a different engine. Beware if you have a E120. Before retirement we had a commercial account and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at Home Depot annually. We have had great service throughout the chain. The Branson Home Depot is the only exception to that.

I buy a tough shed from Home Depot like $2800. Was told they would contact me to install. They call me to set up an installation date and my installation date is January 8. Kind of long considering I bought early October. Update now it's 4 months avoid buying sheds here

Ordered carpet for our bedroom and it was to be installed September 1. They called the night before (after we had moved all the furniture including the our bed) to tell us that the carpet never shipped and it would be another 2-3 weeks before it would arrive. Our house is in turmoil. Terrible service and a don't give a damn attitude. Would NEVER purchase carpet from them again. BEWARE.

Picked out vinyl flooring to be installed. We had to order it since it wasn't in stock. Took 2 weeks due to delay in the trim shipping. Was told by store employee that installation would happen within 3-4 days after flooring came in. They won't schedule installation until the flooring is delivered to your house (& they make you put it inside your house). Get it delivered 5/21 & get a call for installation on 5/23. They have ONE day available prior to July, which is June 13. Terrible day for us but we have to take it. They also say a manager will call us on 5/24 (this is the installation people Home Depot uses) to see if they can work out a quicker install. Towards the end of the day Friday 5/24 we call, they tell us mgr isn't in but he'll call Tues 5/28. Toward the end of the day 5/28 we call, they say they will send the mgr an urgent message to call us. No call received on Wed or Thurs. I doubt we will ever get a call. We also called the Home Depot store to explain we really don't have room for all this flooring to just be sitting in our house for weeks. So far no call back from them. Ridiculous they won't schedule installation until the flooring is in your house, but then won't install it for several weeks. We don't have a big house & have a small child. It's a hazard! We won't use Home Depot for any future flooring. I'm hoping they actually show up & install it. The company they use for installation is apparently pretty incompetent considering they won't return a phone call.

I Have to review this location hoping it some how or some way meets a supervisor that will continue the Awesomeness that I encountered unexpectedly today. I walked in with a sandwich baggy that contained a broken light. My husband and I purchased a house recently with All new fixtures and appliances. As I walked in... I was approached by a man named "Greg". He Immediately advised me that he was "Deaf". I showed Greg what I needed and without hesitation he took the bag and directed me to the area locating what I needed. I thanked him through sign language and gave him a hug AGAIN... Home Depot has amazed me due to the fact that I'm prior Law Enforcement. Thank You "Greg" Thank You Home Depot

Went to HD to get LED lights as the ones I wanted were not at Lowes. I had questions and asked to have someone come to the light bulb area to answer them. Request was paged out over the intercom and no one ever came. Asked to speak with the manager to let them know about the poor service and had a protracted wait until one of the managers finally showed up. I shared my experience with him and was told my experience was not reflective of the feedback HD receives. I advised this was my feedback based on personal first hand experience.

I have not liked to shop at this store because the staff is either under trained or lacking in knowledge of the building trades. Today I rented an insulation blower. As i was picking it up with help from someone at the "pro desk" I asked if we were near another item that I needed. I was told no, as we walked down the isle I looked to my right and saw the exact item that I asked about. It was surrounded by similar items. WOW. For the rental I had to leave a deposit, no problem. Upon return it took three staff including the "assistant manager" almost 40 minutes to process my refund. I had my receipt in hand. I also had an employee with me, that visit cost me money because of their lack of knowledge. The second staff member told me to sign the keypad, I asked why and was told that it was a $50 refund when in all actuality it was a $53 charge. As of right now I'm not sure if I'm ahead or behind. I will be watching my card and avoiding that store.

Love this Home Depot. It has everything you could possibly think of! The workers are nice. The store itself is quite nice. It seems like they try their best to keep the store clean. Good location also. Overall good hardware store!

Very nice store. Next to a TJ Maxx, Target, Wendy's and more. High on a hill with good view of US65 and plenty nearby shopping. Clean store friendly staff. If you are a semi truck driver delivering though be sure to go past red light by McDonalds to other rear entrance as that turn by light can nearly flip you over.

The people there are very helpful and friendly, always willing to help you search for the item you are looking for. Ozark hospitality at it's best!
