They hubby and I typically go here every so often for pedicures. The young man and lady do our feet and they do a great job. We went today and they were gone on vacation. The woman there did my husband’s toes and did a good job, but the older man did mine and it looks like a young kid painted my toes. I paid $50 for a pedicure that was not worth the price. Currently buying polish remover to get the color off my toes. Very disappointed.

NEVER go here they can’t do designs for their life,we had to pick 6 different designs because they either didn’t have a color or they could do it. They argued with us for 30 min and laughed at us,

I was here on vacation from houston and i walked in to get a full set for my Birthday I showed him a couple of pictures of ideas that I wanted. He couldn’t complete any of them and when applying my acrylic, he skip steps never once put dehydrator or primer on my nails and laid the acrylic super thin. I told him there was too thin and he told me it was OK and I told him I needed ballerina tip. He didn’t know what that was so I told him Coffin Nails) I still walked away with Square nails not the designer want an extra thin and not even 24 hours later one had broken!!!

First off nothing in this place was sanitized, i went in to get a full set, just something simple.Guy didn't trim and clean my cuticle or push it back,didn't even spend 30 minutes on my nails, came out with the worse sets I have ever gotten in my life for $55, and I letf him a $5 tip that he didn't seem happy about. Will not revisit this place.

I will NEVER ever go back to pro nails. Honestly they should rename the place because it was like a child did them. Kevin was in such hurry with my nails he clipped them to the length I want but they weren't even he left the like that and he even sent me out the shop with wet polish. I would of been better off doing them myself. Definitely not worth the 55$ I spent.Service: Acrylic nails

This place charged me $30 to do a manicure that took five minutes. I got shellac polish. polish start peeling the same day it was not worth $30

Went in for pedicures with my bestie for my birthday. There was a young man who did you friends - he was AMAZING (hence the 2 stars). The lady who did mine - she did NOT like that I had to ask her to recut my toenails. She also did not put a top coat of polish on top of my regular nail polish - so after 4 hours after leaving the store - it has already started chipping. She did not wash off the sugar scrub so my legs were VERY itchy after she used the hot rocks. When we got to the car - I had to use baby wipes to clean my legs! As a local - this was my first visit. Trying new things. Will NOT be returning!!!

My best friend and I must have called 12 other places around the area before we called here and were told they could take care of us right away. They were fast, friendly and did a great job on pedicures, a manicure and my acrylic refill! Recommend them for sure!Services: Acrylic nails

My husband and I went for pedicures. We had a wonderful experience with the technicians. They took their time with us and had nice conversation. We will return with our next visit to Branson.

HIDEOUS. The acrylic is laid down terribly, there are bumps and it’s so uneven. The polish is on the skin too. Got them done on a Monday, and one had fallen off by Wednesday of the same week. Definitely NOT worth it and we will not be back. I would rather do press one at home.Service: Acrylic nails

Hands down worst dip and pedicure and I’ve been to numerous places . Not one of the 3 of them took the time to do a proper job. Nails are lumpy, uneven and she nicked me 3 times and I bleed for 40 minutes. She did try to fix them after I asked. Thought she was still working on on me but added the top coat and asked her if she was going to file and smooth and couldn’t understand what she said . Honestly was so confused half way thru and didn’t know she was done until she went to start another pedicure .Family was super nice though. The only positive thing about the experience was my daughter and I now have a memory to share about the awful job they did. After nearly crying it’s just comical how bad it was.Services: Nail extensions
