We have NEVER been treated so rudely in our lives! It was difficult enough to schedule an appointment without human interaction but when we did arrive the human was just absolutely mean and we left!

I had some lab work done at Quest with Debbie and I had such a great experience! She was so sweet and professional. I didn’t have a wait at all. Process was quick and went very smoothly. Booking the appointment online was very easy as well. I would definitely recommend!

Very slow. Had an appointment and we were in the waiting room for over an hour. That’s with an appointment. The guy calling people back had an attitude saying they were having issues with a child and there was nothing they could do.

“The” example of how to take the humanity out of medical diagnostics. Avoid this place if you can. My experience with the staff was excellent, but getting through the automation was a nightmare.

Staff really could care less about how many people are in waiting room. Take their time getting around to actually caring for clients. Personnel have a obviously never worked a busy clinic. Saw people get up and walk out because they were never acknowledged.

Not impressed at all. My doctor's office faxed the lab order in the afternoon. I drive over there the next morning they say they don't have the order. Called back my doctor's office and they got a confirmation the fax went through. They faxed them over again. I called to make sure they have the order before I schedule another appointment. You can't talk to anyone there, you go to a national call center. At least it's in the US and you understand them. Tell them what's going on, he puts me on hold and confirms they have the order now. I'm sure he just called them, but you can't, you have to go through a call center. What should have been a 30 second phone call takes 10 or 15 minutes. I will not go back there again.

Showed up and they couldn’t find the faxed orders even though my doctor had a confirmation they were received. Second time this similar situation has happened. Incompetence abounds here.

The location on Google maps is wrong. Google maps takes you to Bldg 2, but Quest is actually located at Bldg 3, behind Bldg 2. This is something that should be easy to fix.

Checked online hours of operation were 7:00 - 4:30 called the number you can't speak to a person but the recording stated the same hours. We get there at 4:02 to find the door locked and a handwritten sign that said 7:00-4:00

Online appointment system is pretty simple. I easily booked my appointment. Fast and friendly service when I got there. I am a hard stick and she got it on the first try no pain. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. We were in Branson for a trip & my daughters Dr sent orders for labs and wanted them right away. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time. My daughter is an RN and the labs would have literally taken five minutes. The lady at the desk kept asking my daughter if she knew how much the labs cost even though she had the proper insurance to cover it and then told her to go to Stone County. My daughter stepped out to call Stone County and they were closed and she stepped back in to tell her and the lady told her to leave that she would not be taking care of her. My daughter suffered a miscarriage recently and the labs were necessary to check her levels as she is newly pregnant & has to be monitored carefully. There was zero excuse for treating someone like that. Don’t be in the medical field if you have no compassion for people. We were able to go down the street to Tri-Lakes Family Care and they went above & beyond to help her.

I have been going to Quest now for quite sometime. I make my appointments on line and then I am all set. I have been blessed to have the phlebotomist Debra who is very nice, professional and caring. She always gets my blood draw on the first time and it doesn't even hurt. I have gone to other facilities and they always have to get a supervisor to draw my blood because I am a hard stick.

I would give them a zero if I could. Can't find records of orders. Was not allowed to call from office, By the time I got back in they wouldnt do anything. I needed a blood draw. She told me the office was closed. No consideration at all. They have POS service, and I will be taking this up with Mercy also.
