These bad reviews are not a reflection of this bank at all. The people that work here have always been so friendly and supportive. Personable, professional, and friendly I recommend doing business with them anytime. In the last five years using this location neither me, my wife, nor my mom have ever had a single bad experience. Boo I applied for checking account and they ran a hard pull on my credit w.o permission under the rouse of doing it for soft pull they then denied me a credit card which I had a score of 794 and owed no one.. perfect payments.. they require an address I gave them a signed letter head where I was paying to live at and they still denied me.. I gave them more proff of residence it wasn't good enough I feel they judged me for I was living at shelter waiting for a place to stay at ... I feel they ruined my credit .. by 20 point and and more due to the fact t I cannot accumulate from them .. I made it very clear when applying that was my soul porpoise of opening an account .. .How rude and really that caused me to close my account .. checking.. more over ive waited a month now for my closing check.. more over more it was free checking with direct deposit they charged me anyways .. more over 25 $ to close it.... don't bank here ... they decive.

Great people to deal with. Was there today when a obnoxious customer was cursing and trying to make employees and other customers miserable. Ryan and Tasha handled this idiot with the utmost professionalism and diffused the situation.

We had gone in for a signature loan of just $1,000. Was told the least they would do was $2000. So we agreed. And them running our credit it showed to be in the lower 600s. So we were denied the loan. Went straight from there to another bank that we did not have an account with and was given the loan right off the bat. Our credit scores their show to be upper 600s and upper 700s. So not sure who region uses for their credit score getting but they have a big problem that needs to be addressed. Our bank representative did all he could to help us and went beyond his means. And we thank him greatly for all his services that he does for us when we entered the bank. Thank you Paul and Ryan at the Branson Branch you are the best!

I love this bank! Every employee is sincerely nice. They have helped me raise my credit, open business/personal accounts, as well as maintain. They have all been there to help and explain things so I can easily understand.I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else.

The local branch I will absolutely give 5 stars and recommend everyone to. Their phone support is lacking occasionally, but overall it’s better than any other bank I have attempted to call. Bianca, Sean, and one other gentleman I unfortunately forgot the name of, are incredible. They are fun, professional, and always helpful.

Worst bank ever! Not just this location, but ALL Regions Banks! They decided to close both a checking & savings account of mine, without notice & my available funds went from over $2,000 in each account to zero!When I could get into the bank, they informed me that it was because I hadn't verified my mailing address, even though I had provided this not once but TWICE!Then informed me I couldn't have my money from them, that they would mail me a check from there corporate offices in Alabama in 10 - 30 days.22 Days later I got a check from each account.... proceeded to attempt to cash it at this branch location, only to be told there would be a fee since I had closed my account?I went to a local bank here in town that honors veterans by giving them free accounts & opened my accounts with them!Regions is the worst bank I've ever done business with!

I called over a week in advance to get information on HELOC line of credit. I spoke with a Sean who was extremely kind and answered allmy questions. My husband recently switched jobs in the last6 months to a self employment position and I was assured that wouldn’t make a difference in whether we were approved, because here at Regions Bank we understand job changes especially since Covid. We were ecstatic since we had found other banks already told us that would be a problem. We came in about a week later and reminded him of our previous conversation. He still let’s us believe it’s not an issue and that he just needs to ask the underwriters a few questions and get back to us before we fill out the application. He tells us give him a day and he would get back to us and we would go from there. All the while he hasn’t ever said there’s any red flags or issues. So it takes almost a week to hear back from him and we contacted him twice more during this time to get an update. He finally returns my call and tells me yeah there’s just no way unfortunately since the self employment is so recent and not a reliable source of income yet. My frustrations with this is that he acted so professional the entire time and yet it was all to make a sale really. He treated us like a transaction and talked up our concerns like it was nothing and then we were left disappointed and essentially lied to. You should be ashamed of yourselves for one even wasting my time and two getting our hopes up and giving us no reason to doubt the outcome. You are all a bunch of liars. I came here hoping this would be a more small town bank experience and looked forward to branching here and doing business with you all to feel like I was lied to. I have never been so disgusted or felt so transactional to a bank ever before. It’s bad business whenever you say anything to get anyone through the door with really no ability to control the process or requirements. You should never give anyone false hope unless you know you can deliver.

Owner of company that issued a check in February to a Regions bank account holder. As of today April 18, her checking account is still frozen forcing her to bank elsewhere AND my company has yet to get our $1300 back. It is floating in Regions cyber space. Branch manager Ryan is a fraud and a rude human and a poor excuse for a manager. We have filed numerous fraud claims to this point. I would like to get my $1300 back and the account holder needs her account closed correctly. Consdiering legal and criminal charges at this point as it appears there is something odd going on. Do NOT bank with Regions.

Our checking account was hacked, someone wrote a bogus check on our account for almost $10,000. We caught the transaction, because we could not get into our account online! We went to local branch and realized someone had been allowed to steal from us! The bank knows it was their mistake, but so far it has been over 3 weeks and we have NOT been reimbursed. Sean at local branch has been great in helping us with this situation, but corporate office is NOT! Beware of this BANK!!

Today is 1/31. Let me just say regardless of the situation I will always give credit to where Credit is due. Brian Hamling has been awesome in this situation. I don't agree with the bank policies however I do believe in people. Brian thanks for all your help today in resolving this matter! From the start he's been legit!!! Sometimes bank policies don't cater to ppl with hardships. Thanks to Regions they have a good team to make up for that!!1/28 Regions Bank is a horrible institution... Twice I have had issues depositing money..... The customer is always inconvenienced for there mistakes and no penalty towards them. Twice I've been disappointed in the banks service and care of my funds.

They insist on extorting a $20 fee to cash a check that is drawn on their bank. This is simply a fee on poor people who don’t have their own checking account. When I asked to speak with a manager, all I got from him was that he was not interested in doing business with me! Rude! Unprofessional! Commercial Street in Branson, MO

Ok so I added 2 more stars bc of Tyler. There was things I was eligible for to fix my issue the bank management team didn't explain this to me. After speaking with Tyler took less than 10 min and my fees have been returned. He went well over what I expected and they really are a great bank just can't hold one person responsible for the entire establishment. Thank you again Tyler you're a blessing!
