Hours: Taneyhills Community Library is a great little non-profit library in downtown Branson. It is a well-maintained, peaceful, and quiet place to relax or work, offering a convenient location with good streetside parking. The library itself has a nice selection of books and a wonderfully picturesque children’s area that is beautifully decorated and worth seeing. There are eight computers for individuals to use, good Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and free workspace. Conference rooms are also available to rent. The library is supported through generous donations, an onsite thrift store, and a used book store on the ground floor. These are completely staffed by volunteers, and all money spent helps support the library. They offer special deals and sales throughout the year. The library runs various community programs and events, with details available on their website. A membership gives access to an online library with a substantial collection of ebooks and audiobooks. This self-supporting library is a necessary community resource and a highly recommended benefit to the area.
