“I had been behind on my payments for several months and with the name change I think it had thrown me off from getting ahold with the right storage unit, but once I was able to get ahold of them at All About Storage, the new owners updated me with what had been going on and that the old storage owners had sold their units to new owners and the name had changed. When I talked to one of the new owners over the phone, she was extremely nice and very friendly. I honestly couldn't express more how grateful I am of them for being as understanding as they were. I definitely recommend these people if you are looking for a unit to store some belongings, definitely go with these folks!?”

Security is taken very seriously, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and I regularly saw the gentleman managing the place on the premises. “I could of swore it says 24/7 on the website however I can't get in my storage after 10 and I work plus my code has never worked so I got my stuff in storage however I can't get back in to get my stuff when I need it. It's been kind of a hassle.... I've always loved heartland storage this go around has not been the best but I'm sure we will get it figured out eventually. It just sucks to pay for something and not get the full use of what I'm paying for. Thank you sincerely Billie Jo.”

“Take caution with the entrance or you could end up in the ditch. I got lucky with my 40 footer and just rubbed my ball hitch, leaving my back right wheel perched over a drain hole with chert scattered around. Luckily, some locals gave me a tug, and pulled myself back on the road/entrance to the facility. Also be mindful of business vehicles zipping in and out, as it is a dangerous, blind curve and hill. It is better to travel around the back way out of there, it only takes a couple of minutes longer, but way safer.”
