“I had been behind on my payments for several months and with the name change I think it had thrown me off from getting ahold with the right storage unit, but once I was able to get ahold of them at All About Storage, the new owners updated me with what had been going on and that the old storage owners had sold their units to new owners and the name had changed. When I talked to one of the new owners over the phone, she was extremely nice and very friendly. I honestly couldn't express more how grateful I am of them for being as understanding as they were. I definitely recommend these people if you are looking for a unit to store some belongings, definitely go with these folks!?”
“Such a wonderful place to store any extra stuff you have. I had an emergency and needed a unit. Within minutes, Jacob had me set up and I could immediately start using it. Security is taken very seriously, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and I regularly saw the gentleman managing the place on the premises. I felt like my items were in good hands and not just in a building forgotten on someone's property. I really appreciated Annetta renting the unit to us. She was professional and met us promptly to view the unit. If you need a storage space, call Annetta. She was wonderful to work with and when we no longer needed the space, she was helpful in closing the unit out. I highly recommend Storage Sense and Annetta!”

“My storage unit is spacious and was fairly clean when I moved some of my things in there. There were a couple of large spots on the floor that looked like oil spills but to be safe I just stacked plastic totes on them instead of cardboard boxes. No leaks and I was able to pay and do everything by phone and on line so that was a big help because I live out of town.”
