My husband and I came in around 7:30 on Friday night to get a new pair of shoes for my husband. John was extremely helpful to us. He made sure we had the correct size, asked if we needed socks and then gave the biggest smile we had seen that day. After he checked us out, he thanked us for coming in and said he hopes to see us again soon! Thank you John for all you hard work and we will definitely be back in!

We were really pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, the sale prices on great quality shoes and the cashier that guided us through getting the best discounts on our purchases and signing us up for their rewards program smoothly without causing a slow down to those behind us.

I wear sketchers daily, that's all I wear and have countless pairs. I have been in this store many times over the years and haven't ever purchased any shoes.
My local sketcher store actually has more of a variety and always have what im looking for.
Employees have always been helpful here.

I'm a person who really likes sketchers but the only thing in the store that I didn't like was that no employees came out to help or interact with one. And couldn't find the shoes that I wanted.

Went here to get slipons with my wife who has alzheimers. Wanted help and couldn't find any. We are local so a couple weeks later we went again to give them another chance and this time they had one register person and four people standing around not helping anyone. Asked one employee where the slipons were he pointed and went back to his conversation with his coworker. ..never again. Ok so I had to get slipons for my sick wife and tried one last time. This time I found a worker that looked very busy but dropped everything and took the time to help me with getting the shoes I needed..I was so impressed by her that I bought two pairs.

We had an enjoyable shopping experience at the Skechers outlet. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
There was a good selection of shoes and good prices.
