We were in town on a brief vacation and of all things the cars brakes gave out. The wonderful crew got my car in and identified the issue, got the parts ordered and had it ready first thing the next morning. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and honest.

I was in town from chicago and my car was making a funny noise. The employees at star Lube took me in right away figure out the problem fixed it complimentary and we’re truly concerned for our safety. I can not recommend this business enough. If you are looking for honest trustworthy people this is your place!!

My wife and I recently traveled from Colorado to Missouri to visit my parents, and during the long drive, I began noticing some concerning noises coming from our car’s rear brakes. Once we arrived, I asked my dad if he had a mechanic he trusted, and without hesitation, he recommended Star Lube Auto Express.
The next day, we took the car over to them and explained the brake issue. From the moment we arrived, the team at Star Lube was welcoming, professional, and quick to assess the situation. They were able to get us in the same day and immediately started working on the car. Within a few hours, they had replaced the rear brakes and rotors, and everything was running smoothly again.
What really impressed me, aside from their speed and efficiency, was the level of professionalism they displayed throughout the entire process. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain exactly what was wrong with the car and what they were doing to fix it. The service was top-notch, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
Not only did they perform the work quickly and professionally, but their pricing was also extremely reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise given the level of service we received. It's rare to find an auto repair shop that offers both great quality and fair pricing, especially when you're out of town and unsure where to go.
Star Lube Auto Express made what could have been a stressful situation easy and stress-free. It’s not often you find an auto shop that you can trust, especially when you're far from home, but after this experience, I can confidently say I would recommend them to anyone. If you're in the area and in need of car repairs, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to them anytime.

I got the tires to rotate and found that one tire was in bad shape and Shawn made sure that I have a safe car to travel. It made me feel safe to know that I can drive it. I give it 10/10 for experiences and customer satisfaction.
