“Water pump went out on our car while vacationing in Branson. One of the ladies at Billy Gayle's recommended Mitchem tire to check on the problem. Scott and Josh were great. Brought the car in around 10 AM, they returned the car to us the same day around 3 PM ready to go. If you need repair work done this is the place.”

“Had a leaking tire repaired. Since Branson is a tourist destination I figured it was going to cost an arm and leg or they would say it can't be repaired and needed replaced. I was wrong. they fixed the leak, no pressure to replace it, and it was free. I will be getting my next set of tires from Discount Tire when I need them.”

“They're more expensive than their competitors... BUT they've always done right by me. They're work is done correctly and they provide photos of what is wrong. They're waiting area is great ESPECIALLY if you have to wait with a child (a whole room with a television and toys for your little one to play). I also appreciate that there a Christian company.”

“We made an appointment to have our tires balanced. Upon going in today they informed us that our locking lug-nut chuck was striped out on the inside. They were not comfortable removing the tires. Thank them for finding the problem. Went to the Jeep dealership to get a new chuck for the locking lug-nuts. That is another review. Great people to work with.”
