Larry did absolutely everything he could to save my corrupt SSD. The thing was done for, but he managed to retrieve most of my data without issue. Set me up with a new drive and got all the basics installed for a very good price. Great communication and super quick service. Highly recommend!

Dropped off my desktop tower at 9:00am for a hard drive replacement and operating system upgrade. All work was done the same day beyond my expectations. Super knowledgeable technician, explained everything in plain English and no tech jargon. They are also collocated with the only cel phone repair shop in Branson.

Larry came to my rescue! When I arrived from Atlanta, my laptop screen would not stay on ore than about three seconds! I called Larry at DataBytes, who performed a diagnostic and determined a possible issue, told me he probably could not get the part to repair while we were In town. He understood my dilemma with work which had to be done, provided with an external monitor, so I could complete my work and conference call. Great work ethic and honesty. I would recommend his company and expertise to anyone!

Data Bytes was stupendous and thorough with a repair on my 2-in-1 laptop. After taking my laptop to Best Buy and spending $150 for them to “fix it” my laptop was still unusable. I took it to Data Bytes and Casey worked on it for a day and a half and had it back working for only $120. Thank you Larry and Casey!
