Not many shops will tell you "These other guys have a better knowledge of that problem". They have also stood behind their work and warrantied anything that should have been. This is a good shop, they can be trusted. If my vehicle needs work I'm going here first.”

“We took the wife's car in after hail damage and got it back looking brand new couldn't have been more pleased with the work done. While they had her car mine got a self inflicted scratch so they day i picked hers up i asked about getting mine repaired and they said no problem just leave it here and we'll get it done today and by 5 pm mine was repaired also. This was our first time using jims but if we need anything else we'd be back no question about it. Every interaction from start to finish was top notch.”

Left my Nissan with them after discovering I had a bad oil leak.
They diagnosed it as a bad rear main seal.
Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it, but they didn’t charge me for looking at it or leaving it there until I could arrange to have it picked up.”
