I rented one unit then thought I needed another. Guess what? I needed more space. So I called and they were so helpful. I got a larger unit and they worked with me on changing my smaller units to one large unit. Very nice and very easy to work with. Great company and fantastic customer service. Thanks for you help. When I had an issue with something I called and they got right on it and fixed the issues. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks again

I’ve been trying to get someone from Heartland to call me back for over two weeks. Left countless messages. I pay my rent every month and yet still can’t get any customer service. I live out of town and was in Branson for two days needing to get into my unit. Because it had been three years since I had been there I no longer remembered the gate code (also know it had been changed). They had also put new locks on my unit and I needed to know how to access them. But no one called me back so my trip there (400+ miles) was a waste. I did however coincidentally get a call from them last week after I had already been there and now back home. They had inadvertently closed my account loosing all my payment info. So I had to provide that all again. At no point were they apologetic about not contacting me or for the inconvenience I experienced by not being able to get into my unit because no one would help me. But they sure wanted their payment info. I would really still like someone to call me to explain why no one after 5 messages couldn’t so much as call me back to let me know what I needed to do to get into my unit.

I could of swore it says 24/7 on the website however I can't get in my storage after 10 and I work plus my code has never worked so I got my stuff in storage however I can't get back in to get my stuff when I need it. It's been kind of a hassle.... I've always loved heartland storage this go around has not been the best but I'm sure we will get it figured out eventually. It just sucks to pay for something and not get the full use of what I'm paying for. Thank you sincerely Billie Jo.

It's a very VERY secure place. Double codes (you need to press a button to leave) meaning "sneak ins" are hard. It's affordable and units are clean and up to date.

Since having my rental unit, I've only had to communicate with the owner and office staff a couple of times and both were exceptional. Everyone I have had contact with, from the answering service, office staff and even the owner, were very professional and pleasant and were very responsive. I would definitely reccommend them.

Had major issues with site manager getting things taken care of for me. As frustrating as it was the higher ups in this company called me immediately when they got the news and made this right. For that reason they don't deserve less than a great review. Thanks again Eric for making things right!!

Since Heartland Storage took over Bee Creek Storage they have raised the price of our Storage unit 3 times in less than 7 months..

Local operator of this facility is not on site. Called them and they were very rude. We were late making a payment at the beginning of may we paid on Friday at 3:15pm and called to have them take the lock off. The local Lady was very shrewd and said that they had 48hr to remove locks and she lied about when we paid saying we didn’t pay till Saturday to put it into the 48hr window. She told me someone will unlock it by 5pm on Monday. It is now Tuesday 5-11-21 and the red lock is still on our unit. I would suggest to whoever needs a storage unit to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and Lazy

Gates always broke and stays open I pay for a secure storage so I feel I'm getting taken advantage of and I'm not receiving what I pay for I should get a free month or partial refund
