The problem with Ulta is that it sucks you in...there's never enough time to explore it properly and it would take hours to see everything they have on offer. Love that you can test products!

If you’re ever in this Ulta and need help ask for Paige the operations manager!!! Can’t say enough awesome things about her. She’s beautiful, fun and so helpful with my questions. She got me set up with a whole new makeup routine when what I normally use was discontinued. 10/10 for Paige! Thanks for being the best part of my Saturday. 💜

I love this Ulta, I live in Arkansas and don't have one close so when I have something that I need to grab to have it right away and not wait I always stop here. The ladies are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door and then ask if you need help finding anything. It never fails me to, because they always have exactly what I'm searching for. The store was very clean and smelt amazing.

Do not use this place for waxing or hair services!! Booked online a week or 2 ahead of time. Morning of my appointment waited outside the door until they opened. 3 minutes before opening they let a worker in and rudely shut me and another customer out. Waited 10 minutes in the store for my hair appointment and 5 minutes before the appointment ulta texted that my appointment had been cancelled!!
And a customer came up to me asking for help thinking I worked there, while the actual workers were twiddling their fingers behind the counter instead of assisting their customers 😫 ✨Branson Missouri ulta✨ unfortunately this place is currently a mess

I love this store! The reason being is that Ethan works there. Literally so kind and helpful. Ulta you should treasure this employee and protect them at all cost. :)

They were trying to be helpful but the people they told us to call were rude and hung up on us. When we explained this to the cashier she just blew us off and acted like it was no big deal.
