The people in the store were very kind. HOWEVER, I paied $69 for something to get over nighted and it will not be getting there till 3 days later! No holiday or anything else like that. Very frustrating!!

I've been to this UPS Store many times and the staff has always been friendly and make Amazon returns very easy.

The lady working in the store (very hateful) told me this is not a UPS store!! I said Does it not Say UPS on the door!, and is that not a ups driver right there ..I will never go back to the UPS store ( that is not a UPS store) according to the lady working there. In Branson Missouri

I've had a good experience every time I've gone in. The employees are very helpful. I enjoy the no hassle, easy process.
I do everything I can to avoid the postal service. I always choose UPS

I asked for assistance setting up a UPS account. The manager informed me that UPS is a franchise and individually owned, and I would have to go online to set up an account. They don't offer that service.
Are you kidding me? What is the point of owning a Franchise if they cannot even help create an account for your service?
The worst part was her attitude. She made me feel I was asking a stupid question.

They told me that didn’t have my (very expensive) package. Suddenly days later it appeared. I spent hours calling the shipper and UPS. I think they were planning on stealing it. Except I made a huge deal about it and brought to much attention. It’s the only explanation left.

Very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly staff. The cost is less than other places. Also they offer many services in one location. Always a good experience going there, even though their parking lot is a bit tight. It doesn't matter, it is worth it.

The store in Branson MO has the hardest working staff I have ever seen! They are extremely professional and efficient! They are located at 1440 State Hwy 248 Ste Q in Branson MO and we will continue to use this service! Thanks for all your hard work!!
