I sat in line for over twenty minutes on my lunch break just trying to deposit one check and make a withdrawal. I understand that there was a line inside (because the drive through was getting no attention), and people were ahead of me, but no tellers addressed me until I hit the call teller button three different times. I have no idea who helped me, but thank you for finally checking in on us.. I only ended up getting my check deposited. The withdrawal would've taken even longer so I'll stick with a different bank next time. Thanks.Update: I just got back to work, and the money didn't even get deposited into my account..

Terrible! ATM took me over 400$ and got out of service. I called them and they said that I have to wait more than 10 days to have my money back.

As a customer of US Bank I have been astonished at the poor customer service. I have been in twice to do a wire transfer and of all the staff only one person can handle a wire transfer. That employee spends an inordinate amount of time chatting with other customers about non banking business while I have waited. Gave up on 2 separate days waiting. Their sign says 5 star service guaranteed but there is no evidence of it.

Their system crashes more than a Venezuelan government. I've been waiting almost a week for a check at MY bank to deposit. Should've paid Walmart to do it.

UsBank is alright, this branch is scary to deal with, Larry froze our banking out of spite in argument on customer service and online banking. He did this 3 minutes after corporate had fixed our issue. They assured us he was out of line, but this guy is creepy do not interact with him, he is rude and aggressive, as a woman I felt uncomfortable to speak with him.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Show up today to cash 4 checks from us bank. I have a us bank account. But conveniently their systems are down and I am told to deposit into atm. So I do so and now I deposited $1000 worth of checks but can only withdraw $200 until God knows when. This bank has proven time and time again to be the most frustrating of all banks! Do not trust this bank with anything of yours! They have all kinds of policies and charges that do nothing but protect their cash flow!

They will charge you a fee to cash a check that was written from their bank. In my opinion it makes the bank look cheap and selfish but I guess they are in the business of hoarding money and are the reason there is not enough money in existence to ever pay for the debt.

Won't honor their own checks unless you pay them $7. Tried going into the lobby at 4 p.m. locked the door in my face. WORTHLESS business and customer service!!!

We loved coming here we just moved from Branson and we loved having a banker to help us with applications I believe his name was Larry, but I def. recommend coming to this bank it’s fast and they do a great job and every time I was in there they were friendly as could be!:)

I have been a customer for two years and I've never had a bank at charged such outstanding fees I understand every bank has her own policy I actually work for a military Bank and they're very courteous on fees this Bank in general however the policy for their fees are insane mostly regarding stop payments on ACH I've had over eight Banks and this is the only bank that I've had that charges a stop payment request for an ACH the fee for that stop payment is $35 in the event I just let payment go through and I don't have any money I get charged an NSF fee which I understand the NSF fee is $36 so the fact that you're paying $35 to place a stop payment in order to avoid fee to begin with defeats the purpose of the stop payment I do not see the point I'm placing a stop payment

All of the employees at the Branson branch have always been helpful, courteous, and done more for me than anywhere I've ever banked. I'm retired, in my 60's and have banked in many cities as well as 3 banks locally. My thanks to you all and keep up the great work!

Christina is awesome ! She made setting up accounts so fun. Me & my wife Totally enjoyed our time working with her .Anytime I call with question or issue if she doesnt answer she gets back to me very quickly.
