Kylie wss our customer rep. She did an excellent job in getting us a couple of new phones. She transferred our data, set up our plan and answered all questions we had. Kylie was only rep in the store and she did a great job of multi-tasking as other customers were in the store also.

The team here a premier wireless is Outstanding! I had a major issue and they were super kind and helpful. After several hours in store and then later on the phone with tech support, apple, etc., the process to solving my issue was crazy, but Austin, Jody, and Brad were able to get me rocking and rolling again! Totally awesome!

I am on Vacation in Branson right now and ran into some issues with my phone. I really felt lost and alone. I went to US Cellular just on a whim and Jody was an absolute angel. From the moment I walked in, she took on my problem like it was her own and did everything that was in her power to do for me with compassion and efficiency.
