Branson, MO post office is horrible when it comes to delivery of Amazon on Sunday. Today is Father's Day. Package was scheduled for delivery today. I received a notice that the item couldn't be delivered since the business is closed.
1. It's not a business. It's a gated community that the post office delivers every day and knows how to enter.
2. This isn't the first time nor the first location where it's happened.
Amazon should not use USPS except for junk mail like every other business does.

I drop off letters here often for work & every time, the employees are quick, kind, & helpful. I had been paying more $ for tracking for 2 years & was informed of another way to send what I needed to save $. Everyone there seems to enjoy their job & helping others.

Great customer service....Remember you can pick up two cent native American stamps and as long as you long hand the address you can mail a letter for just two cents...You cannot use abbreviations.

Branden just helped me out today at noon on 4/6. Best post office experience ever, his demeanor made it not feel like your average post office. Brought a lot of good energy and made multiple couples smile and giggle. Handled a small minor concern very professionally and humanely. Also overheard him speaking to other costumers and you could tell he’s extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Give this guy a raise or salary increase!!!

I was responded to quite rudely as I approached the customer counter asking about tax forms,instructions.The library was suggested to me,I explained I had gone there first, the only instructions were in a foreign language that I could not read. The reresentive began speaking to me in a very rude way. Very poor customer service...To heck with him.
