The communication was amazing, responses to any questions were always answered quickly and in a lot of detail, which for couples planning without a wedding coordinator was incredibly helpful! The staff day of were very kind, helpful and attentive! We had a great experience!”

“Came here for our baby moon and had an AMAZING time. Excellent service, everyone was extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was clean. We tried the sweet shop and breakfast at the grille, both were pretty good. My only complaint would be about the coffee in the room, neither of us were a fan! 😅 I believe their names are Randie and Michelle in the spa, they did my pedicure and massage, both were easily the best I've ever received. We will be returning!”

“Room was clean, bed comfortable and the room was pleasantly quiet. Being close to elevator, I was concerned it might be a distraction, but it was not at all. “Balcony” was concreted in; door was not operational, but I did not have a need for it anyway. There was no remote, but when I called the desk they sent someone up with a new one and he programmed it right there. The front desk agents were polite and helpful. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was nicely kept up. Had it not been winter and snow on the ground I would have utilized the walkability of the hotel in proximity to several restaurant and store options. I also appreciated the enclosed closet space and separate ironing board, iron cabinet. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. The water pressure was much better than other places I have stayed and the tub delightfully not slippery.
I had not need, but coffee and microwave convenient in the room and a nicely sized mini fridge was available.
My only negative was the heat was inconsistent. It would get VERY warm and then EXCEPTIONALLY cool throughout the night.”
