We had the most amazing time last night touring the beautiful Branson Christmas lights. Michael was awesome and very accommodating with me wanting him to stop so I can take pictures. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the incredible displays without the hassle of driving it themselves. And do yourself a favor and ask for Michael. You won't regret it! Tell him we say hi!!!!

Thank you for an amazing tour of the Christmas Lights! Michael was an exceptional tour guide. He is courteous, knowledgeable of the history of Branson, and full of humor! Would definitely recommend seeing the lights—ask for Michael!

We did the VIP Wine & Spirits dinner tour with Michael, it was a great time with friends and one other guest. Wine, beer, and spirits was off the beaten track and well worth it. Very enjoyable evening and another way to explore Branson.

We recently used VIP Brandon Limo to help shuttle volunteers to and from a camp. There were a large amount of changes along the way... amount of people to be shuttled, flight times, etc. The office staff was on top of all of it an incredibly accommodating to all of our needs. The vehicles were clean and classy and their drivers were very professional with logo'd shirts and name tags. Those shuttled commented on how incredibly friendly their drivers were and how smooth their ride was. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

Great experience. Joe G was excellent. Great communication throughout regarding our airport transportation from Springfield to our golf trip and back. Also got us safely back in some crazy weather. Would definitely use these folks again.

We rented a limo last weekend for a Saturday night Bachelorette outing. Our driver was the best. He knew where to take us. We may have given him musical whiplash but he was entertained. We felt safe and comfortable and for a group of just girls that was important. Would definitely use them again.

We had 9 people to tour the second weekend in December. They were able to get us a driver and van but had to pay for a private tour due to our group size. For the price (just under $700) the tour was not worth it. A lot of lights were out during our drive thru at Great Wolf Lodge. We then went through the Joy lights that were pirate themed. Not impressed with either display. At one of the gingerbread stops, our group went to grab some waters/soda, when I informed our driver, she said she had bottled water the whole time. On our way back to our drop off location, we experienced a blown tire. Our driver tried contacting her company and she said no one would answer her. I ended up texting the owner informing him that we were on the side of the road with a flat and no one would answer to help her. I received no response but moments after the texts were sent, our driver received a phone call. My husband and brother in law ended up changing the tire so we could be on our way. Our driver told us the owner would be in contact to “take care of the incident and help she received from our group”. A week after the tour, I had to reach out to the company because I did not hear from them. The owner Joe called and had a list of excuses as to why he didn’t reach out. He also told me that when he received word of us on the side of the road, he had to step out of a show he was viewing while on vacation with his wife. He told me he fired our driver and she had our contact information. He didn’t want to tell me how much he would refund so he didn’t insult us. he wanted us to tell him how much we wanted. After discussing with our group, we decided on a reimbursement amount and I texted Joe (the owner). We came upon an amount by saving someone from changing the tire and also not missing our driver’s second tour that evening. My second text was to confirm he could just refund my credit card and not mail a check and he said yes. Another week goes by with no credit card refund. I texted the owner again and he finally says he can’t refund us the amount we decided on but could give us half of what we requested. He’d also refund us our credit card fee. When I asked if he had my card info, he said yes from our initial registration. Ironic that he now has my info but didn’t when it came time to reach out to us initially.
If you do utilize this company, hopefully everything goes smoothly so you don’t have to deal with the owner to settle things. Good luck!

Christmas light tour from hell. The bus had a flat and we tried to contact them to get it fixed. Nobody' would answer the phone or return messages.Multiple phone calls were made. We were broke down on the side of the highway. This tour service did not care about our safety. We had a mechanic on board, and another gentleman that
got tied of waiting and worried where we were about our safety got outand took care of the situation and got us back on the road. The funny thing is he asked how much we wanted for it. We told him 4 hundred. He sent us 2. We saved him a tow truck and another bus coming to get us or a mechanicto come fix it in the middle of the night. I thought he was getting off cheap. This tour is one you should stay away for your safety and your money and time won't be wasted.. Now he is calling us extorshinist. The mentality of this man is........

Awful tour experience. Go with a different company. They will charge more than they agree upon

I have been on this twice and it was amazing. As another person complained, yes they stop for you to get out but that is on the itinerary so you should know this before going. It's a small part and if you have mobility issues it should not keep you from enjoying the experience. The owner is very attentive and it may take him a little bit to get back to you as he is very involved in the business and is a driver himself. Every driver that we have had is very nice and accommodating and will do pretty much anything you need.

My family has the absolute worst experience with this company. If I could give them negative stars I would. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a business. My family only had two nights in Branson and we chose to do the Christmas light tour with this company despite it being an excessive amount of money because it would allow my grandparents who have mobility issues to see Christmas lights without having to walk around and be in the same vehicle with their children and grandchildren. Instead of taking us to see lights the whole time, we were taken to two different places and made to walk inside to see gingerbread houses. As I stated, my grandparents have mobility issues so we were not interested in that and it took more than half of the whole trip. There was also no water on the bus as advertised. We had to buy our own drinks at one of the stops. Then, towards the end of trip, the van got a flat tire. The driver tried to call the owner and he wouldn’t answer. My sister in law then tried to call the owner and he wouldn’t answer. It wasn’t until after she texted the owner and said we are stranded on the side of the road that he called the driver. Meanwhile, my husband and my brother decided they would change the tire themselves even though we were stuck right around a turn at nighttime in an area without street lights, so it was not a safe place to be stuck! So while we’re on our two day mini trip, we are now stuck on the side of the road and two of the people from our group are outside in the cold doing physical labor. Obviously the company can’t control getting a flat tire, but we should also be compensated for our time stuck in the side of the road and for the labor. We asked for a $400 refund (the total cost of the tour was $675 without tip). The owner responded in a text and agreed to refund that to our credit card. Then over a week later he texted and said he hasn’t done the refund yet and won’t agree to $400, instead he will now finally be giving a refund of only $225. So he is still making a large profit on us when our time was wasted, we did physical labor on our trip, and saved them money not having to pay someone to come out to them and tow the vehicle and pick us up. I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone and will make sure that this experience gets plastered everywhere.

I scheduled the VIP Christmas Light Tour back in November and planned my entire Branson trip around this tour. I schedule it originally for 12/13 but immediately cancelled that one and rescheduled for 12/14. I received both the cancellation email for 12/13 AND the new confirmation email with the updated tickets for 12/14. When we arrived in Branson on 12/13, we scheduled other excursions around this tour. The tour was schedule for 8pm on 12/14. At 2pm on 12/14, a rep with the tour called me to say that they had a cancellation and a rebook in their system but thought it was a fluke and didn’t have me in their roster for that night. I told her that was impossible as I have a confirmation and tickets and she said that they did not confirm them but that Tripster did. Why didn’t you call me in November or better yet, why did you wait to call me until hours before? I told her I planned my entire trip around this tour and she was like “well, not sure what to tell you”. She was incredibly unprofessional and unsympathetic and could not give me a good reason as to why I was just now being called. Thankfully, Tripster was very helpful and immediately refunded me the $122. We then got tickets to the holiday light show at Big Cedar Lodge for $30 and an amazing experience. Think twice before booking anything with this company.
