Paid $100 for diesel when we only wanted about $40 worth. Their pump didn’t shut off when the tank was full. It was dispensing gas very slowly so sat down for a minute to let it fill up. The pump’s sensor must be broken because diesel started flowing out of the tank. My boyfriend went inside to talk to the cashier about it, the cashier was nice and said “aw man, well that is on us… come back in the morning, our manager will be here.”
We came back in the morning and the manager wasn’t there but they called him and they informed us that they will not be refunding any of the money.
I think that if your pump is faulty, then the gas station should be responsible for that. I don’t recommend coming here, customer service doesn’t matter to their manager.

The gas pump took all of the money out of my bank account. The male worker said it would go back on our card to just go back out and do it again and it would work. He just gave us a receipt showing that the money was taken off our card and he didn’t refund it. I have an infant son that was hiring up in the truck because we were waiting to get gas. I went inside after it was declined and the money was not put back and informed them that it wasn’t put back on our card and that my infant son was burning up. He proceeded to say that it wasn’t his problem and that he couldn’t make the bank give us our money back and was very rude. I asked why the gas station took all of our money out of our bank account when we didn’t get any gas and he said it’s because my fiancé hung the pump up. My fiancé tried to pump gas after inserting the card and removing it and it would not pump gas. So he hung the pump up and checked the bank app and it emptied out bank account. I told him that we needed our money back and he said it’s not like he could do anything about it our bank took the money. Then when I was walking out he told the other worker that he didn’t care.

We just attempted to purchase fuel. The pump was not working for some reason. Went in to ask for assistance and was treated like I was an idiot by the man behind the counter. Myself and a couple of other customers walked out and refuse to do business here. Please get rid of the man who was also heard making fun of another customer. This is the first rude person we have experienced in Branson.

Don't live in Branson, but I come to visit Branson a lot - 20 times a year. The White Oak stores are generally decent c-stores in the Branson area. For this location, however, they need to reorganize the layout and try some new staff. Water and Gatorade on one side of the building, and milk and juice on the other side, but booze is everywhere. Career convenience store clerks work here and they are all slow. I find the experience painful, but I keep coming back in hopes it will improve.
