I am a regular customer. The selection is great and the customer service is excellent. Betty has always been a wealth of knowledge and willing to go the extra mile. Caroline is a great asset to the team as well as she is like a Betty twin.. All associates are very helpful and greet you with great attitudes. If you are at the mall, stop in. Besides the beautiful jewelry, you might make a new friend as they make you fell very welcomed.I love this store and the people in it. Have a God filled day!

Love shopping at Zales in Branson. Betty is always so helpful. She sold us our wedding rings back in 2006 and we have been going back ever since. Thank you Betty!!!

Walking in to Zales we were immediately greeted by Julie. She took very very very good care of us and made our shopping experience pleasurable. We will most definitely be back to see her.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Caroline was a superstar! I walked in there expecting to hear “I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do for you” but instead got above and beyond customer service! I had lost all my original warranty paper work from 15 years ago in a recent car accident (awful luck I know) but after 4 hours of back and forth communication Caroline worked with customer service and found all my info! I was able to get my wedding bands repaired and get all my info restored! I’m so so thankful! Never wrote a review before but had to for Caroline! I’m a few hours from the closet Zales (we usually go to Little Rock or Fayetteville ) but I will always make the trip to the Branson store from now on!

I went here to upgrade my ring.Betty was fantastic. She was very helpful in finding me a beautiful new ring and even a second ring to match. I had them sent in to resize, so haven't been able to try them on yet. I will update my review when I get to pick them up. So excited 😊. Thanks again Betty for your help. And I didn't catch the name of the other lady who helped as well. Ty both.
