This location was one of the best places I have been in. It looked new, polished floors, everything in its place.
The clerk, Chase, answered my questions about the phone charger and I bought it. Works fine.

I regret that Google will not permit me to give this location zero stars, because if I could, God knows I would. Although I visit this location on a regular basis because it's convenient, positive experiences there are very hard to come by, so I keep my expectations low and try to make my visits as quick as possible. But my visit on Tuesday, June 25th at 6:45 pm was the final straw. There is a cashier that works there that I ALWAYS try to avoid whenever possible because she is consistently and extremely rude to all of the customers and seems to show up to work looking for a fight with the customers. To say that she is obnoxious and belligerent is an understatement. Regretfully, I don't know her name but she is an older black woman with bleached hair and a constant sour look on her face, she looks like a pug dog (she would be the ugliest and most temperamental of the litter, I might add). I have witnessed her in the past, picking fights with customers only to continue telling them off as they're walking out the door. She then turns to others in her line and attempts to garner their support for her. Well, last Tuesday was my turn. I had noticed that one of my items was damaged and asked if she could just set it to the side because I had just noticed the damage and understandably didn't want a bag of cookies that has a large tear in the wrapper. I hesitated to ask that of her because I knew what was coming....and holy cow was I right! She let me have it and began talking loudly about how I should have noticed that tear before I ever came to check out and I was just wasting her time and how stupid that was of me to make that mistake. I told her that I hadn't noticed it at all until then...which was true, so it was most likely her that tore it herself in the check out process. As I left, she was still trying to have her say (she always insists on having the last word) and was, once again, attempting to garner support for herself from other customers. Needless to say, this was my final visit to this location. Note to management...I truly do understand that finding workers, much less good workers can be next to impossible these days but this type of behavior from an employee is COMPLETELY unacceptable and she should be fired. I guarantee you that I am only one of many customers you have lost due to this hostile and uncivilized woman. Please do the right thing and give her her walking papers.

2 stars due to them having more product than most that are completely empty. The cashier Laquetta talks absolutely too much! So much so that you will stand there for an extra 5 min until she completes her personal conversation and remembers that she is at work to serve the public by ringing up their merchandise , immedialtely! not after her conversation. She smashed my child's chips the way she handled them. Barely any eye contact due to her focus being on the person/coworkwer/manager ahe was talking to, loudly about another coworkers car being stolen, surgeries and more. I didnt receive a greeting either and the person she was speaking to actually said "sorry we're talking" WOW really?? !! DO BETTER!!

Why is it so hard to get any management to look at your Application for employment. I've been calling for 3 weeks, to get the manager/management to pull up my application. Sometimes it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone, if you do. The Manager is on the register and can't take your call. They say they'll call you back and never do. The whole management needs to be replaced at this store. No professionalism what's so ever

Okay everybody knows that I Love the Tree, but this one on the Rock Road felt more like a thrift store. Things were all over the place and nothing was in stock that I was looking for. The best thing about this trip was the ladies that work there, they helped me as much as possible to find something to make my visit worth it.
