I went to multiple dealerships on Saturday (like 7) and Passion was the first person to come brave the heat and come outside and even talk to me. She was friendly and listened to what I was looking for. After walking around 3 other car lots with no one even coming out to say a word… I appreciate Passion who came out in long jeans I might add to ask me questions about what I’m looking for. My husband did most of the talking and had pretty much everything ready to go when I got off work. They took the time to answer ALL of our questions including why Enterprise Car Sales differs from other used car sales companies. We ordered car mats through them (since they don't typically come with them) and had to come back to pick those up, but they helped us install them once they arrived. Our car title came in the mail maybe two weeks after we picked up the car and they were very helpful with any questions we had after the fact. “I bought a red mitsubishi outlander sport. I loved my car had it for a year and a half my engine died out on me. They were kind enough to accept it as a trade and work hard to help me get financing for the vehicle I am looking to get. I am hoping to hear from them tomorrow or Friday to see if the credit union they use will be open to financing with me. I know that the cars are crammed on the lot and some even have cob webs but it's not because they are a bad dealership it's because not many people know about them but depending on what happens this week I will for sure be directing people their way. I believe they are honest people who don't just want your money they want honest business and lasting client relationships. If you communicate and are respectful you will get what you put out.”
