Kathleen at the Brentwood Plaza STL store was such pleasure working with in assisting with our couch purchase. She texted me pictures of the couch since I was on a time crunch to come in. The purchase and delivery were effortless.

Very disappointing customer service. we bought a cabinet that was missing a wooden dowel when we assembled it(a very generic part that should be available anywhere). That was not a major problem, but we asked the store if they could obtain the missing wooden dowel. The piece was a floor model, so we were told that there was no way for them to get us the part, since it was purchased "as is." The missing piece is a ubiquitous furniture part(we actually ended up using one that we had from an IKEA shelf), so the inability for the store to obtain a replacement piece shows that: 1) the staff has no knowledge about furniture construction and 2) is unwilling to expend any effort to help the customer.

We came into Arhaus not sure if we would buy anything and now the majority of our house has Arhaus pieces. We were fortunate to get to work with Kit, Hannah, and Jeremy and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. They have been extremely patient with us throughout the process. We have changed things around on our order constantly and they have worked with us every step of the way.We had an issue with a chip on the dining table that was delivered. It was replaced within 2 weeks of delivery. The pieces look great and are great quality. Hannah helped us with the interior design and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. Kit and Jeremy have been extremely helpful answering our questions during the ordering process and after the order was placed. They were very realistic with timelines and we received all our items at our before the forecasted dates. Highly Recommend!

Awful experience with a credenza piece ordered in May and it has still not arrived (Nov 30-2022). I continue to receive a different story about why it has not been delivered. The staff are nice (Hence a 1 star).

Major issues with this company. Had to cancel my order after their vendor was pointing fingers at arhaus and arhaus was pointing fingers at their vendor. In my opinion, this place should be avoided. Disappointed that I didn’t read all of these other negative reviews before ordering an apartment worth of furniture.

Amazing range of furniture available. Not just the framework per piece but also the number of fabrics to choose from. Staff is knowledgeable about everything from sizing, design, and color. Recommend.

Do not order furniture from here. They lie about their estimated shipping schedules. Our dining room set which was suppose to come within 8 weeks ended up being 6+ months. We ended up having to cancel the order completely. For the cost of their furniture, they would not even allow us a loaner table during the interim like other high end stores do (I.e. Restoration Hardware)

Due to the restricted # of characters this will be short. Delivery was to be 3 months, when the day came 6 more weeks was added. On arrival, hardware is missing, and the sales rep does not return calls

I received a table with a dent and a chair with a hole. I was told no problem we can replace those items for you. I received the table in July. First I was told September then October… now February of 2023 for the replacement. I get it supply/demand, but this is the worst customer service. If you spend thousands of dollars and they can’t fix it until next year maybe provide other solutions like perhaps compensation for the delay if your product arrives damaged and they are not able to provide a reasonable solution within a reasonable time frame…. For 10,000+ dollars I find this shocking. I work in retail if I had a customer who spent that much I would do everything I could to try and explain why and offer solutions.I love there furniture, but this is ridiculous. Do not recommend purchasing.

Poor customer service. Use Ryder as a 3rd party delivery service. Wouldn’t take table off truck because it was too heavy. Refused my help. Would not call for other movers to help. Manager will not call back, will not interact with with delivery service. Won't be spending my money with arhaus again.

BUYER BEWARE!I purchased a beautiful dining table, along with several other items, on November 2, 2020.The wait times were long, but it was understandable because of production problems and other various pandemic related issues. We finally received the table several months after the promised time—and it arrived damaged.Since then, they have sent a new product two additional times. Both times the table was more damaged than the original. We finally decided, at their urging, to choose a new table. The new table was on back order. Several months later they sent information that the table would be delivered, and it never was. We finally asked for a refund.It is now April 30, 2022, and we still have not received a refund. We have a damaged table they will not pick up, and they are completely ghosting me at this point. My next step is to contact the attorney general and BBB.Please please save yourself the trouble and never purchase anything from Arhaus, even if you love it.

We have ordered many pieces from the store with mostly good service. We picked up our two barstools that were ordered and one of them was very loose. After going back and forth sending customer service videos they finally agreed there was a defective part. Then they told us we had to wait another 12 weeks to get the replacement. As a business owner this is unacceptable as it was their mistake not ours. Its hard to find good service these days no matter the quality or standard apparently.
