Very friendly staff, from check in to leaving. The Hygienist I had, forgot her name,.super great! Funny and chatty. I did feel like I was there longer than should've been, too many appointments not enough staff to handle it. Had some down time and waiting around. But overall it was a good experience

When I initially scheduled and paid for my service at my first appointment I instructed I was getting 1 extraction and 2 fills and a clean.I came to my appointment and was told they didn’t know about the fills and I would have to reschedule. My appointment was at 6:00 I was done and in the waiting room by 6:30. I was totally rushed my second apt. Without any proper guidance nor care instructions sent with me. I had to ask for another gauze.

Easy appointment, professional, friendly. Danielle the hygienist is so compassionate and explains everything. Same with Dr. Hough and the young lady who did my X-rays. Overall it is a great office.

I had an appointment for mid-November 2023 (that I scheduled in April 2023) cancelled last minute on their end. The earliest they could get me “rescheduled” was April 2024 (five months later). Would not recommend.

Just don’t. Their dentists and hygienists are wonderful but the office staff is rude, just treats you like a number. The way they bill is completely shady and not transparent but they help people get a credit card to pay for it so people who have nowhere else to go due to lack of insurance are stuck there. They seem to think that merits a lack of transparency but all people should be able to understand their bill and not have a huge balance sprung on them with no notice from 3 months ago that they never mentioned once until you show up for your appointment. They charge way more than other providers so it is inevitable that you will have a balance because insurance won’t cover 100% of their inflated charges. this business clearly takes advantage of people without insurance and the financially indigent. Please tell your staff to save their canned responses that they copy and past on all your bad reviews. It actually makes you look worse.

If I could give a negative I would, What a joke of an operation. Had X-rays done over 6 weeks ago , and -0- call back in Re to a time, date for a cleaning, called today past off to home office who said " you can call them" the Bridgeton, Mo Location" really? Im not doing your dirty work, YOU CALL them and see why no one calls back or answers the damn phone.

While the staff is very nice I was not pleased with my outcome. I received an implant and had a wisdom tooth removed. First of all, I had to finance the procedure even after insurance and a discount. I called the next day to discuss my pain and other concerns and never received a call back. It has been 6 days now. I have a follow-up appointment this week that will also include a cleaning. After that, I don't plan to return. But I will be paying for my services for the next 4 years at 29% interest.

DO ONLY WAHT YOU NEED TO DO AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR TREATMENT PLAN, IT IS A COMMERCIAL DENTAL CLINIC, THEY LOVE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.Went there in Fall 2022 for a wisdom teeth removal. Did a x ray first then before removal, b.s. me that I have "16 cavities" and came up a treatment plan would cost $4k+ before insurance. End up drilling 3 of my health fine teeth, after that I feel kind of fishy on their "16 cavities"claims and stop going. Recently (Summer 2023), I went to a long trusted dentist by my father, did another x ray and general checking because I really want to find out do I really have "16 cavities"or not. The results from this long trusted dentist with my family is that I only have ONE cavity on a teeth this place didn't touch. Moreover after cross checking the old x ray before drilling with the new one, my current doctor said that I have ZERO cavity at the moment when the old x ray was taken. I'm quite speechless with this place and it's money driven treatment plan. After reading some other comments and I do find similar situation, I personally do believe this place is constantly running dental malpractice and coming up false treatment plan just for the money.

All 4 appts Iv had have we’ve gotten here on time, and Iv had to wait 30+ minutes after my set appointment to be seen. The dentist sent me away the last time and said he didn’t have time for me even though I had the appt set for the reason I needed to be seen. I think this guy got his degree online or the office staff are just complete Morons. Maybe both? Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been dealing with another dentist office for a couple months now that have done nothing but charge me money and tell me "next time" for a root canal that I desperately needed. A few people I work with highly recommend Aspen so I took a chance, scheduling was incredibly easy. My first visit was awesome (except for the horrible 56202 x-rays new patients have to have done) they could clearly tell I was in pain and had been through hell with the previous dentist and they were able to get me in for the root canal the very next day! Ashton the office manager was great and broke down the pricing and explained everything I needed and the different ways to pay after what insurance didn't cover, she never once tried to push me into anything I didn't need/want and definitely didn't try to push any financing.Now I don't do the dentist, it's one of my biggest fears. Full blown anxiety attacks and everything.... Dr. Hough and Chris were amazing! I was asked if I wanted Dr to talk me through what he was doing or if he should just do it. He was gentle and checked on me during every step of the procedure. Chris hris was a sweetheart that could tell what I needed before I even realized I needed it.Then there is Danielle, who is the best part about this place!!! And I truly hope Aspen knows what a gem they have when it comes to her! She reassured me that I wasn't a lost cause and that I can still get my oral health back on track. She numbed me before my root then checked on me multiple times during the procedure, even though she was busy with other patients! She also re-numbed me when Dr. Was busy and I was waiting on an x-ray to develop. I can honestly say that even if every other part of this place was absolutely horrible, I would go back just for her!!

If I could give them more stars I would. My experience was great from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and very professional. Everything was explained to me throughout the entire process. The dentist had a great bed side manner. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This place is horrible. They overcharged me and have been saying they switched the systems and that they have been down for over a month. They made up some estimate to give me to pay which was over what I should owe with my insurance. Every time I call in I'm told that they don't know when their system will be back up and when they can submit the claim. This is not how you do business. Its seems as if they are scamming at this point. Horrible customer service.
