I went in to get a tire replaced and they had to order for it wasn't in stock and I was at the location where they stock all of their tires. I almost had a heart attack at the price of $390 but due to size of tire I thought "oh well". I need a tire. I got home and spouse about lost it with that price. After another visit to cancel and chatting ontheir web page and three phone calls later, I am getting my wheel back and going to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and the cost of the tire is $272. Can you say big difference in price? Do your due diligence and shop around before just excepting the first place is you go to to give you a good deal, like the gentleman told me he gave me. Was it up-charged because I am a woman, or do they just overcharge everybody?

I was in a bit of a bind and needed new tires ASAP. They worked with me to find one in my price point, overnight got them delivered and the next day serviced my car. They applied a coupon I didn’t know about too, and the price was exactly why they quoted me. Great customer service!!

I would never recommend this place. I had an incident which two of my tire was flat on the right side. Immediately the day after that incident I sent my car to this shop and ask for a quote for the repair. I ended up spending close to 600 USD to replace 3 tires and 1 rim. After that when I pick up my car, the guy in the front told me that they can not do alignment properly because my front right frame is bent. It would cost me 1200 to fix the right front frame. I started to feel that this a rip off. I took my car to my regular repair shop and they ended up fixing it for 150 USD. Just imagine the fact that they were trying to rip me off for 1200 USD to fix something that's easily fixable and can be done in 2 hr (According to my regular guy). Real disappointed and anyone who is thinking about going there for repairs please think twice. The picture uploaded was the original alignment result from Dobbs.

would give a 0 , but not a choice, first ticket price 754.00, then I said I don't need rotors, then price 527.00 for brakes , told them I have warranty and then price 179.00 for labor and parts to put back brake pads , he said it could take 2 hours ,,, I told them , put it back together , and I'll take my free pads with me , and once car in parking , had to ask to give me my keys back, NEVER GO TO DODDS TIRE AND TIRE CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT ALOT OF HEADACHES AND LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY !!!!

I needed 2 tires and a front-end alignment. I called them, and they were able to take me in after I got off work. The guy at the counter was friendly and professional. They got my truck in and out. It cost less than I thought. I went back the next week for a battery. Next week I'm going back for 2 more tires.

We went in for a safety inspection and emissions test for our car. The employee failed us and said we needed a repair that would be around $1000. We said thanks, we will bring it to our regular mechanic who said there is no problem with the steering column. Apparently this is common to drum up business, so always get a second opinion!

I was very happy that Dobbs Tire and Auto made time to fix my left tire after trying three other auto service places. I was far from home and traveling through St Louis when my tire sensor indicated low pressure. I needed to get it repaired quickly. I very much appreciate the can do attitude and professionalism here. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst service ever. My AWD Tucson has only 60K miles on it, I am the first owner. The vehicle was in perfect shape, I just wanted proactively to change the transmission, transfer case and rear axle fluids. Simple enough, right? Took it to Dobbs, 6-7 hours later it was ready. Wife picked it up and when I got home, she said that it now makes noise when it accelerates. Took it for a ride, holly hell. As you accelerate, there is a whining noise from what I assume is the transmission, and gear changes are not smooth, the vehicle lunges with each gear change. Took it back to Dobbs, going to see what they do to it now. STAY AWAY from Dobbs, this is so far the worst car maintenance experience in my life.

Overpriced and didn’t tell me the correct price on the phone. Ended up being $200 more than they quoted on the phone. Had to take it somewhere else because the issue was covered by a recall. They told me they would’ve only charge $150 for a diagnostic fee, not nearly $600. I’d advise you to take your car elsewhere!

I don't understand why they need to keep the vehicles over night. Even if it's for safety and emissions, or a simple tire balance. Moreover, i had a tire valve stem replaced and the TPMS light still lights up. They said i needed to drive it about 40 miles before it goes away. Well, 4000 miles later the light still lights up and the suv hasn't stopped shaking on the highway since i took it to them. I don't think they want to keep their regular customers because they can't even balance the tires properly anymore, even after leaving you carless overnight and well into the next evening.

Took a 2016 Malibu in for check engine light and emissions. After 4 visits, during which they replaced an O2 sensor and 2 batteries, it still would not pass emissions. The mechanic told me I needed to drive it some more for the O2 sensor to work, even though they replaced it on the first visit 3 months and hundreds of miles ago. Incompetent.Oh and to top it off, they broke my key fob, then got defensive when I asked about it. Go elsewhere.Updated: the area manager reached out and offered to personally resolve this. I agreed and dropped the vehicle off the next day. Car passed emissions first try, they replaced the broken key fob, and the store manager even gave me a ride home when they needed to keep it overnight. Very much appreciate the response.

I purchased 4 tires for my truck($800) Dobbs mechanic JOE tried to charge me ($16) if I take the old tires with me. I tell JOE I purchase all my tires from DOBBS I take all the old tires with me, never have had to pay a disposal fee. JOE says he's been doing this over 30years. (Yeah been ripping customers off for 30years) I then call another DOBBS they tell me no fee if I take the tires with me, I then call DON BROWN they also say no fee. I've had no problems with DOBBS until they got this new crew & new MANAGER. DO NOT PATRONIZE DOBBS @ THE BRENTWOOD PROMENADE!!! I recently had a low tire on my pick up so I went back to Doobs (Brentwood) they fixed the tire but in the process (Joe) a mechanic that sold me the tires said upon inspection of my vehicle tells me I need work done on my front-end the cost to repair was going to cost me over$1400.00 I don't trust him so I made an appointment tment at a reputable dealer they checked out my vehicle and could find nothing wrong. AGAIN, AVOID DOBBS PROMENADE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
