I placed an order for fall boots in size 8, a popular size, there weren't any in the store. I received an e-mail stating my order had arrived. When I arrived at the location, the store manager looked high and low for the boots that were obviously sold to someone else. I now have to call a number and wait for someone to look for the boots a second time and approve a refund. More hassle than its worth. DSW next time. ugh.
