Customer service was poor. Instead of assisting customers, the employees were having a group conversation in the back while help was needed.

Saturday visit. Arrived by Uber otherwise I would not have done business at this location. Saundra was unprofessional in every way possible. Made the environment hostile for the trainee Scott. I went in simply to send express mail before 5:30 didn’t leave until after close. FedEx is my least favorite shipping service and this visit confirmed that.

We had a sentimental item from our wedding celebration mailed home from this location and it was damaged purely due to improper packaging and carelessness. We paid over $50 to have our item damaged and the person in the store was not knowledgeable at all, so in hindsight we should have gone elsewhere.

Wanted to thank Jenn at FedEx for going above and beyond. She stayed late to help me finish a last-minute print and cut job for an important event—we were really in a bind, and she absolutely saved the day. Jenn didn’t have to stay, but she did out of pure generosity and professionalism. I’m incredibly appreciative of her kindness, patience, and willingness to help when we needed it most. Thank you, Jenn!

I received a package from Square and it had a card reader and tag that said it could contain battery. The lady at FedEx got all hype about returning the item, even though it was delivered by FedEx had a pre-purchased label telling me to bring it to FedEx she was explaining to me that she may not be able to take it, which makes no sense. Why would they even deny a return when it clearly states something that they require? Lady was rude, never had an issue with the location at West County. Avoid FedEx.

Dropped off an Ebay shipment that was packed in a recycled Fed Ex Box, over wrapped with paper to cover the older shipment label. The total shipping cost was $12.93.
Two weeks later I received notice that FedEx added an additional $30.87 to my shipping fee, an up charge of almost triple the original charge. Fedex claimed it was not packed in cardboard which it was and the cardboard was over wrapped in paper!
This is a money grab by this FedEx location. I am currently contesting the added fee, demanding a refund. I also contacted an EBAY representative who stated they are receiving many similar complaints about similar FedEx overcharges.
Beware of dropping off packages at this location in St Louis County.

2 stars is generous. I emailed and spoke with Kate multiple times about my order. I come in to retrieve my order and all the employees don’t know where it is. Well, it was never printed, they have a very unorganized system. I’m coming from out of state and expecting my order to be ready to go. Very unprofessional to leave your employees in the blind and you not do the job you said you were gonna do. The employees weren’t rude or anything just a lack of leadership. I won’t be using this FedEx again.

Had a print order that was ready to pick up. Had to stand around for 10 minutes because, out of 5 employees, none could be fussed. Sandra, at the shipping counter told me I'd have to talk to the woman at the print desk....Who promptly went to the shipping desk to help another customer as soon as I was next. And after that customer, wandered off to who knows where.
After waiting in vain for her to come back, I asked Sandra if there was anyone else who could help me. And lo and behold. Suddenly Sandra could after all.
Still no clue where all the others went. But thanks to Sandra. She's the only star out of 5 on this review.
