These classes are a great way to get a great workout in and incorporate new techniques and movements in to your normal routine. This is training like you haven’t trained before!The location is great and worth the drive even if it’s not right around the corner for you. Community is great and everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, especially if you don’t work out there everyday, you never feel out of place. It’s always upbeat and fun and you get a great workout in every time! Highly recommend. I started with ONE drop in class and now I’m hooked!
