Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've placed orders online to pickup or just gone in to browse. This location is quieter than their old one and seems to have some more space for shopping.

If you're looking to buy a kiln, definitely look at Krueger. Getting my own kiln was a big step for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with my Krueger experience. First, great price and free shipping. Then, excellent customer service and support. I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. I wish I lived closer to St. Louis, but Krueger will be my first stop for online orders.

I currently don’t live in St. Louis but visited when I was in town last, amazing store! Now I exclusively only shop here online and have it shipped to Philadelphia. The amount of joy when I see that my order has shipped is insane! The cost and efficiency of ordering online has surpassed my local (less friendly and expensive) pottery stores.

Pottery supplies are not easy to come by near us . But since choices for actually going in and shopping are skim, I am glad Krueger is a choice. Prices seem competitive, everyone there seems to know their product and are very helpful. Good selection or glazes, clays and slips. Spring the pandemic shutdowns, we were able to order online and pick up at the loading dock. Even then I could call or text and get prompt answers. Even on how to know if a 2nd hand kiln I was looking at was indeed never fired. We love it!

As Steve the Clay Guy , at City Museum , Krueger supplied me with about 300# of earthenware a week , best delivery guys on the dock , always made the drop never failed..loved these people for 12 years there and for a dozen after . Nobody better.
